We didn't really get to do the activity, since we were forced to cancel it the day before due to an error in our flight. They were attentive and understanding and canceled the activity without charging us, despite it being out of time.

I do not recommend this company.
I had an 'exclusive hot air balloon ride in Cappadocia' booked for 28th March. I contacted them the evening before as I had not heard anything about pick up. I was told the balloons were not flying in the morning due to adverse weather conditions. This was an outright lie. I checked with my hotel and 5 other operators and all confirmed flights the following morning were going ahead as weather conditions were perfect.
The reason QX Travel had 'cancelled' my two tickets is because the 3 days before there had been bad weather so no balloons had flown and, as such, they had a back log.
Awful company, dishonest and unhelpful on the phone. I asked several times for a refund which 'was being processed' but no confirmation was ever received. I ended up only receiving money back after claiming through tripadvisor for the cancelled trip.

Overally I just want to thank you as provided the best service from moment we arrive at airport until we left. All activities were superb, especially the hot air balloon my family really2 enjoyed it. We were given snacks before boarding then drinks afterwards with a certificate. Also, me and partner went on hot air balloon watching it was beautiful, another way to experience it.

It was an incredible one hour flight. Everything was perfectly organized. The view from the balloon was amazing.
The captain was very good and experienced. He explained us everything about the valleys and the places we were crossing by.
You can also rent a dress for photoshoot.
Team’s responsiveness was truly remarkable and they made sure that everything went smoothly. Glad we didnt miss it.
Thank you Mr.Saeed and team (QX Travel) for the best experience. We would highly recommend them.

I had the best experience with Qx Travel agency booking my balloon flight in Cappadocia. They are super friendly and professional. The ballon crew were very skilled and made me feel at ease. The hotel transfer to the ballon flight location was great and they even got me breakfast before the flight :)
Highly recommend!
