Our guide Antonella was funny and informative.She gave just enough information to help us orient in Split for exploring more ourselves later.Also the group was not too big.

Our group of four only had a couple days in Split, so we chose the History and Cultural Walking Tour to give us some background on the city. We liked that Ancient Tours offered a smaller group tour with an earlier start time, so we were able to see things with fewer crowds. Our guide, Darko, was very knowledgeable and eager to tell us about his city. While the tour focused on the history, culture and architecture of Diocletian's Palace, we also enjoyed a performance by traditional klapa singers and admired a Meštrović statue in a public park.

What a wonderful tour!! Ante - Anthony in American. He was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome. He showed us so many beyond the scenes historical places. We appreciated him so much!!
