Teo was an amazing guide. I've traveled a lot, and he went above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. The experience, the food, the culture were very well laid out for us to experience everything.

Tao was a great and knowledgeable guide. So much was fit in the time that we had. My favorite parts were the horseback riding and making our own souvenir cigars.

This was great value for money. If you want to see the real day to day life in DR this is the tour to go on. Our guide Danilo was excellent and very informative taking care of all of us ! The food served at lunch was excellent as well. Depending on where your hotel is this will be a 6-7 hour excursion but its well worth it !

This is an excellent tour if you want to experience the local culture of Higuey Dominican Republic. Tao was our tour guide and he was amazing! Tao, very knowledgeable, really friendly, and kind. I highly recommend this tour. I will say it's more like 6-7hrs than 4 hrs.

This was an excellent tour. We did so much stuff and saw so much of the countryside and the city. Lunch was perfect. The market was very interesting. The church was beautiful (don’t forget the $1 to get in there). The horses were super sweet and well behaved. The beach was beautiful. Our tour guides we engaging, funny, welcoming and took the best care of us.

This tour was amazing. You don’t need to read more of this review (take it from someone with Dominican heritage) but if you’re interested, here is why:

Our tour guide Téo is the best. El mejor. He’s very friendly, honest, fun, and works his butt off to make sure everyone is having a good time, is well informed, and safe. The stops give you the real deal Dominican slice of life - no corporate tourist BS. The horseback riding? They’re very well trained. Church? Beautiful. Local market? Authentic and vibrant. Mountain lunch? Delicious Dominican food (if you have better habichuelas - aka “beans” - you’d be lying to yourself). Coffee/chocolate stop? Hipsters would be proud. There’s nothing like tasting fresh cacao!!!! Cigar stop? Better grab a Presidente (local beer in the bar that’s readily accessible) and lean in to roll your own. Finally, Macao beach - a postcard. Amazing overall, took about 7-8 hours. Well worth it. My wife is American and couldn’t feel more at home to be considered an honorary Dominican (“La Gringa Dominicana”!!!)
