This taxi transfer was very simple and straightforward. I confirmed where I was staying (it does not have to be a hotel like one section implied) and when my flight landed, the driver was waiting for me outside POP airport with my name on a sign, and drove me to my accommodations with no issues at all.
When it was time for me to depart Puerto Plata, the driver arrived early and brought me to the airport with no issues. My flight was delayed but I would have had more than enough time to check in because the driver was timely. I would recommend this as it takes the hassle and risk out of finding transportation to and from POP airport.

Dominican VIP Transfers has been the best shuttle service for us. They are very helpful and accommodating. We needed to change our pick up time a few times and they were prompt to respond to us through WhatsApp. We really enjoyed their services and will book again in the future.

The driver is very nice. The othera on the road were all over the place but, we celt safe in this van! Wish we had him the whole time! The air was great and the van was very clean!
