Your cooking class is conducted by Chef Ari, who has trained at world class restaurants in San Francisco, Bangkok, and Paris. Chef Ari has extensive cooking experience with her own successful catering company and has also worked as a traveling chef by appointment.

I met Ari at a bar that I work at in California and mentioned that I was going to Cabo for a long weekend vacation and wanted to take a cooking class. She described her beautiful industrial kitchen at her house where she offers cooking classes and I was astounded by her description and competitive price!
We figured out a date when we'd both be back in Cabo and communicated about the cooking class via text. She was very helpful in finding her property which is in a gated community- smooth sailing. We arrived and were greeted with a couple passion fruit margaritas- delicious! We then created a 4 course meal which included traditional guacamole, ahi tuna ceviche (that her husband caught!), a quick and easy green chicken mole, spanish rice, and authentic flour tortillas.
The whole experience was easy breazy and super fun! Her assistant in the kitchen was the sweetest and helped make the overall experience very smooth. I had a blast cooking in Ari's kitchen and listening to all of her personal stories. I would definitely recommend her cooking class to anyone in the area that is looking to have a fun, intimate experience and learn how to cook some authentic dishes!

It was an amazing experience! Chef Ari was incredibly professional and kind. We had a fantastic time learning how to make authentic Mexican food in just a few hours, and then enjoyed a delicious meal together.

This was one of the best experiences of our trip! Chef Ari was super fun and knowledgeable (and patient with our limited cooking skills). Ari had two assistants working with us as well, which was helpful with some of the more difficult tasks (like frying fish for fish tacos). My daughter and I learned a lot, and the food was amazing (like really amazing)! My daughter mentioned that she loved Mexican-style rice, so Ari changed the menu on the spot to include burritos with rice (and we appreciated the flexibility). We also went to a local market to buy ingredients, which was really cool. We cooked in her home in a professional kitchen, which had incredible views out to the ocean.
I could not recommend this experience more highly.
