An amazing day seeing probably the best temples i have ever seen
cant imagine how they built them over 3k years ago. The drive was long but that seems to be the best way there and back from aswan. Atleast the guide made the ride fun and educational.
The Nubian village was very interesting. It is clearly modernized now but gives you a good idea how the Nubian people lives back in the day. Make sure you bargain in the market (like 50%) and have some cold hibiscus tea for the heat. On the way back I asked my guide if swimming in the Nile was allowed and he took me to a beach where the locals swim. Lots of fun, after that I sundried myself on the boat deck while listening to some good summer vibe music.

After spending two weeks in Egypt I can say with certainty that the difference between a good tour and an amazing tour is the tour guide and how they help explain and navigate Egypt for you. Ahmed was that guide for me on this trip to Abu Simbal and the Nubian Village. He had even arranged the abu simbel tickets ahead of time so we didn't have to wait in line.

Recommend this tour to anyone looking to get a good amount done in a day, a good tour guide, van, etc.
