Driver was late for pickup, like 20-30 mins late. We had to call to get a driver. We expected the driver to be waiting for us at the pickup area with a sign but instead we were told to meet him outside in a parking lot. Maybe this was because he was late, not sure. He said he was late due to heavy traffic but traffic looked light to us based on the drive from the airport to the hotel. There were 3-4 other drivers picking up their passengers as they arrived to the pickup area so we didn’t believe the traffic excuse.

I booked this trip and click in the app for july 26th. When I received my ticket I realized that the app did´t book on july but june 15th. Since that very moment I tried to contact the operator. It took to many hours to him to see my notifications. I tried to reprogram the trip, but he didn´t want to do it. This is an abusive conduct. You might be able to see that this is true in the app. I need my refund or reschedule to july 26th.

It was very easy to book through Viator. The driver was early. The van was clean and comfortable. Made it to the airport with plenty of time.

Pick up was timely. Driver was good. Vehicle was comfortable. Ride was fine.
Only problem was communication with company beforehand. Online form did not work well. They did not respond to my sending them specific information until after several messages, then texted while I was flying asking for the same information. Good thing I had a layover when I coul d respond before arrival.

I was able communicate with the car service company to ensure our early pickup time I was very nervous about not being able confirm our time and date but company contacted me via what’s app for pickup assurance
