We were highly impressed with how professional WST was and ended up taking also the Green-line tour on another day as well as 4 of their full-day trips outside Tbilisi.
Very professional Guides. Personable. Friendly and fun tours with Anna, Galina, Stephen, and Giorgy on different trips. They all spoke fluent English and Russian which me and my GF needed and I wrote about those trips in separate reviews too.

After having taken the old city tour on the first day I took this tour on the 2nd day to get a better overview of the city outside of the old city. I was lucky enough to have the tour guide all for myself - it almost felt like a private tour. During the tour she also gave me some restaurant recommendations and at night I went to one of the restaurants recommended, Chveni which indeed was a good recommendation. During the tour I was also offered a glass of Chacha, the local drink.

I didn't like the tour very much, the driver drove very fast and we didn't have enough time to appreciate the scenes. The girl asked where we'd get off, which felt a bit stressing, so we said we'd stay on the bus until the tour ended and she said "Yes, I understand. It's raining and it's cold, so it's better if you stay on the bus". However, after one or two more stops she asked us to get off the bus and wait for the next one (each bus come every 30 minutes). That was really uncomfortable because it was raining and everything was wet and cold. So disappointing!!!!

We had an excellent experience with WST, especially the tour guide Steven, he explained about Georgia and its culture, history, etc. He had a good communication skill, we really enjoyed the trip

The booking process was so easy as I had pre booked online. We arrived at the main office at the starting point and the staff were so efficient in checking us in and providing the full details of the tour. Headphones issued straight away and then the tour began. The map provided was easy to follow and we soon realized that the tour bus passed right by our hotel too which was so convenient. Would highly recommend.

It's scam avoid this company, they took me on 10 min boat , and cost 40 GEL
At first they said 40 minutes, when i cane back they said it was 30 minutes
But it was just 10 min short trip ,
Also driver was letting tourist drive the boat which was filling very unsafe
When i cane back and requested for my money they refused.
They were s rude and when i was talking lady called 4 mans i felt super unsafe
