Join us for a bar hopping tour in the unique and vibrant Shinjuku area! Our team will ensure you have the best night possible!
During the bar hopping tour, we'll visit Omoide Yokocho, Kabukicho, and Golden Gai, taking you to hidden izakayas and bars that only locals know.
The tour starts in the red lantern-adorned local izakaya area of Omoide Yokocho or the bustling district of Kabukicho.
Next, we'll head to Kabukicho, Japan's largest neon-lit entertainment district.
Afterward, we'll visit the Golden Gai area. As we have connections to bars that don't accept general customers, our tour will grant you access to these hidden gems.
We generally go to the places mentioned above, but there may be times when we can't go to bars or izakayas due to circumstances. If you're worried about it, feel free to ask in advance, and we'll provide the locations for the day.

A great introduction to Tokyo. We, like many of the others in our group, had just arrived in Tokyo and wanted an easy and fun way to get familiar with a small part of this prowling city and some of its food, drink, and entertainment options. This tour did all that and more as it allowed us to meet fellow travelers with similar adventurous spirits. I would definitely recommend this tour for solo travelers.

A must take tour to explore Shinjuku! Our tour was lovely, Akinori our tour guide was very attentive. We enjoy a lot singing, eating and drinking.

We were originally worried about our larger group size (15ppl) but that turned into a huge plus when we hit the Karaoke bar! Akari (our guide) was fantastic! Highly recommend as a great way to see the Shinjuku nightlife with new friends! This was our second night in Tokyo and this experience will def help us navigate dining and drinking for the rest of our trip! Thank you!!

One of the best nights of my life. This was only my second night in Tokyo, and our guide Naoya made it one to remember! Drinking in different izakayas, trying different types of sake, and meeting other solo travellers made for an absolutely brilliant night. Made some really good friends and will be back to do the same again as soon as possible!

My trip to Japan wouldn’t have been complete without this incredible experience. Naoya, our guide, was a gem. His extensive local knowledge made every moment memorable. He was not only easy to talk to but also ensured that everyone felt included. I highly recommend joining this tour! 🇯🇵

This was an amazing experience! I met new people and made new friends that I otherwise wouldn't have met and had an incredible night with them. We called our group the "Sometimes 'Y's" based on an inside joke between us all and hit up a couple extra spots together after our tour was over. Our tourguide Aki was knowledgeable and very personable and just an all around awesome guy.
6/5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing! Shota was so much fun! Our group was young mid 20s to 30s and it was a great time to experience the night life especially as a solo woman traveler!

This tour was amazing! Honestly one of my favorite memories from my trip to Japan. Our host, Yoshi, was so hospitable and made sure to talk with everyone so no one was left out. It was really cool getting to meet other travelers and swap stories/tips with them. I really liked getting to walk through the neighborhood from place to place. Kabukicho/Golden Gai is not a place I would really venture in myself, so it was great having a local show us around. The first place was an izakaya - lots of tasty food which our host ordered for us and they had the best drink drink of the night - a yuzu sour. The second place was a tiny sake bar where we barely fit the whole party (not everyone got a seat). I'm not much of a sake person, but it was really interesting to find out what kind of sake I do like. We tried 9 different ones, each toast of "Kanpai!" getting louder than the last. The last place was my favorite - a karaoke bar! It was all you can drink for one hour while we belted out our favorite throwback tunes. Such an awesome time and would do it again in a heartbeat.

This tour was honestly one of the most memorable experiences from my trip to Japan. It was really cool getting to meet other travelers and to have a local take us through Kabukicho/Golden Gai. I would have never ended up in the places they took us had I been on my own. My favorite part was singing karaoke with everyone after getting tipsy. So much fun!
