Los Tarantos is the oldest and one of the most respected flamenco tablaos in the city of Barcelona. Every night you can enjoy some of the best flamenco dancers and singers in a 40 minutes show. This is a show for all audiences performed by a selection of professionals with long experience in the world of flamenco, such as Alba Carmona, Nacho Blanco, Yolanda Cortés, Iván Alcalá, Iñaki Màrquez, Juan Cortés and David Domínguez. I thought it lacked the professional appearance I was seeking. The dancers were a bit on the heavy side, they were able to perform the dance well but my expectations were high due to what I had seen on the internet before coming to Barcelona. I thought there would be more than one guitar player.

Definitely worth trying on holiday in Barcelona or for fans of the genre. Fair price 25 euros per person for the show only. However I wouldn't get the full package. Not much space to eat and drink, the place is small and the chairs are close to other people, but very intimate and welcoming, so not a negative point, but more suitable for enjoying the show than for a dinner in our opinion. Welcoming staff and wanting a bar to get a few drinks.

Two dancers, extraordinary singer and the in the heart of the performance- the guitarist. It was a pleasure- the music, the art, the emotions.
An intimately little hall, with a bar. So you could grab a beer or wine if you’d like, to accompany the beautiful dance.

You would normally associate flamenco dancing with female artists, but this venue also showcased a male flamenco artist. Cozy venue, grab your drinks prior to start of show.

Really good experience. Place was easy to find, make sure you get there 20 minutes early as suggested so you get a good seat for the performance. There was a male and female dancer, both were absolutley fantastic. Singer and guitarist were also really good. You can tell they all love what they do, they were genuinely so happy and conveyed the emotions of the songs in thier dancing/singing. Highly recommend this experience for a little taste of Spanish culture.

Absolutely had low expectations of this as a super-touristy experience. I was so wrong. Expert classical Spanish guitar accompanied by beautiful vocals. That would have been worth the money alone. The dancers are so passionate in their art, the dance is so beautiful, it brought me to tears. Highly recommend!
