The mini van we rented was awesome! We were able to book it super last minute without any problems. Our driver's name was Billy. He was early and kept in touch with us by text. Very friendly and helped us with all our luggage. Because he was early, he even asked us if we've already eaten lunch. I highly recommend this company and our driver Billy. We'll be using them again in the future.

The driver wasn't there when we arrived. Had to contact the company to locate the driver. When the driver called me to see where I was standing, we couldn't communicate because he didn't speak English. It was a bit frustrating after a 15 hour flight. After we finally meet up with the driver, the transfer to the hotel went smoothly.

I will preface this by saying there was a protest in the city, which did close some streets.
However, There was no communication with the company that there was an issue, we had to call them after not hearing anything when they were 20 minutes late. At that stage, the driver "was 10 minutes away" another 20 minutes, we rang them again, 5 minutes away,
It was just lucky we had allowed plenty of time for our flights.
