Our bus guide was phenomenal: informative, kind, humorous and friendly! My family of four had THE best time. The bus ride was safe and comfortable. The snorkeling add-on was worth every penny for us! We’ve used Viator on several trips and have never been disappointed.

Very comfortable and safe drive during a flash flood warning. The ride is long but the staff did their best to make it a comfortable and informative experience.

The time in Key West was good but short…what they didn’t tell us was that we would be running around picking people up for the first 90 min before leaving for Key West and the same on the way home. We were picked up at 5:45 AM and got back at 11 PM (was supposed to be 8:30pm). So, in total we were gone for 17 hours but spent 6 hours in Key West. The rest was driving around picking up and dropping off and driving to Key West. I would not do it again this way.

Luis made the very long journey from FLL to Key West so enjoyable. Between his stories, music selection, and history the travel part flew by. We chose to add on Reef and Rita’s Excursion!!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The experience was great! Luis was a wonderful guide and is bilingual so great for both English and Spanish. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, Manny the driver was very good and got us there safe! Key west was amazing and 6hrs is definitely enough time. The bus ride is pretty long so just be mentally prepared to sit on a seat for at least 4 hours lol. It was great and I recommend it!

Sharing and fellowshipping with my husband and my sister and brother-in-law. However the ride to the actual bus was concerning. That driver either was not trained in customer service or did not care.

The trip started a-little rough we were a few minutes late to the pickup location and not contacted by the tour guide when they left. We would have told him that we were paying for parking and would be there shortly. I did not have time to contact your office until we arrived at the meeting place. Your office provided us with the address of a hotel we could meet the bus at in Miami. That process was a bit of an inconvenience for us but the rest of the trip and tour was very pleasant.
