Westminster Abbey, formally titled the Collegiate Church of Saint Peter at Westminster, is a large, mainly Gothic abbey church in the City of Westminster, London, England, just to the west of the Palace of Westminster.

Big Ben is the nickname for the Great Bell of the clock at the north end of the Palace of Westminster in London and is usually extended to refer to both the clock and the clock tower.

Parliament is made up of the House of Commons and House of Lords. It is responsible for making laws, deciding taxes and scrutinising the Government.

Changing of the Guard Elite soldiers from the military have been guarding English Kings and Queens since 1660. Known as the 'Household Division', these regiments are so devoted to their duty that they will famously not acknowledge, nor allow themselves to be distracted by the public. During the ceremony, immaculately turned out guards are accompanied by marching bands playing a rousing mix of military and contemporary music in a display of the sort of pomp and military ceremony that has made the British military famous around the world.

Designed by the prolific British architect, Sir Christopher Wren, and taking 35 years to build, St Paul's Cathedral is an iconic symbol of London. One of the largest churches in the world, its dome is an incredible 366ft high and, inside the Whispering Gallery, it is said that a gentle whisper can be heard on the other side of the dome almost 112ft away. Explore the history behind this famous Cathedral and see the tomb of Lord Horatio Nelson, one of Britain's most revered icons. NEW EXHIBITION - St Paul’s, the Monarch and the Changing World (Launches 25th May 2022, running to mid-December 2022) June 2022 sees the historic celebration of HM The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, including a Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral. To mark this unique event, the exhibition St Paul’s, the Monarch and the Changing World explores the grand ceremonial occasions held at the Cathedral to commemorate the Royal Jubilees of four British monarchs: George III, Victoria, George V and Elizabeth II.

Mansion House is the official residence of the Lord Mayor of London. It is a Grade I listed building. It is used for some of the City of London's official functions, including two annual white tie dinners.

A designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, the history of 'The Tower' has been intertwined with the history of England for almost a thousand years. Originally built by William The Conqueror in 1066, it has served a number of functions during its long history, including a prison, luxury palace for royalty and even a zoo. • You can choose to take the river cruise on another day and finish the tour at the Tower of London instead of Westminster Pier. The London Eye is a Standard Experience booked at a 6pm time-slot for guaranteed entry (if option selected).
• Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace takes place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday (subject to availability).
• If there is no Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace we see the Changing of the Guard at Horse Guards Parade instead
• London Eye: The London Eye ticket is for standard entry around 6:00pm (subject to availability) on the same day. This ticket can only be used for this one visit. Please show the ticket on your phone as the barcode will be scanned. Visit to The London Eye is independent
• Please note: St Paul’s Cathedral is closed to the public on Sundays and for special events or services (Closed on 22 & 29 June). On these days we will stop for photographs outside St Paul's Cathedral and spend longer at Tower of London instead.

If you want a great overview of London, this tour is perfect for you. Our kids especially loved that we were riding on a bus to each site versus walking the whole day! Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated getting to see the important London sites without having to wait in any lines.

Tish was our tour guide and she did a wonderful job guiding us. However, you could pay 9 GBP per person and take the tube all day to experience what's offered in this tour in your own and at your own pace. The tour title is a bit misleading given that there's no guarantee you will see the changing of the guards and I would suggest Viator and/or Evan & Evans change it to 'London in One Day Tour' and state in the details based on the days, you 'may' see the changing of the guards.

Did not see the Changing of the Guard. There was no guided tour of St Paul’s Cathedral. The tour guide was so soft spoken, that it was difficult to hear her. For lunch, we were dropped off and sent on our way to find a restaurant. A mini map would have helped. Cruise was terrific. Left from the Tower location. Waited at every stop (minute or so) for stragglers who needed to shop. I view that as my time to see more of London. Basically not as organized as it could have been for 1st timers in London

Unable to enjoy this experience. Tour operator blamed Viator, Viator blamed tour operator. Neither allowed an opportunity to reschedule, nor did they allow me the opportunity to retrieve passes to the museums or river cruise even though I paid for the full experience.

We loved this tour! Our tour guide Sheila was very knowledgeable and added some humor to boot! We added the river cruise and London Eye as options. It was a great tour as first time visitors to London.

We had a great driver and tour guide Lesley! So much knowledge and she knew exactly where to put us for the changing of the guard! We had front row! Made our trip top notch!! We really enjoyed the whole experience and yes we were tired at the end of the day!
