Great experience, if you ignore the prices. Kids loved it and it brought back many memories. Excellent seeing the actual sets used in the movies and plenty of interactive moments for the smaller kids (eg: wave the sensor to trigger magic knitting needles in the Burrow, or pull up a baby Mandrake and hear it scream).
Evans coaches were comfortable and air conditioned. Only gripe is that they left for the return leg early without checking all were on board and almost separated one family. Not cool - check off names before departing and you don’t mess up someone’s day for no good reason.

Warner bros HP studio was great, and has changed for the better since went in 2019. The bus company (Evan Evans?) was late, but we still had to be at the bus at the same time (so we lost 30-40 minutes at HP) - traffic was bad (not their fault) - but all the bus riders came back on time 6:50pm, and the guy on the bus told us that wasn’t our bus - so we waited another 20 minutes- then he came out of the bus and said, now this was the right bus… so… could have had more time anyway… disappointing for such a high price. We did Greyline or something like that in 2019 - was a better experience than this one. I would have asked for a discount after, but we decided to hop off the bus when they stopped early for someone else near Baker street - didn’t really care at that point.

Exceptionally well done.
Bus ride was nice and comfortable and big air conditioned buses with an on board restroom, (if you need it during the 1-1.5 hour ride depending on traffic.)
The tour itself is hard to describe. The displays were so well done you really did feel like you were immersed in Hogwarts.
I think the price can make people think twice about it, but that does include a very comfortable to and from bus ride which takes some of the logistical hassle out of it, (which was a big plus for me).
I am glad i went and would definitely recommend it.

The bus made it convenient to go to the universal studio and my families enjoyed the trip.
The bus waiting room is small, and there were two bus tours around the same time. So be careful to follow the right line.

Naturally, the visit must be booked well in advance. It took us 4 hours to see the studios calmly. Organized tours don't leave all the time we need, so we opted to take the train from Euston to Watford Junction independently. 20-30 minute journey. Very convenient to use the credit card directly on the platform turnstile, without booking the train and without buying a ticket. Children don't pay. There are trains all the time, I suggest downloading the Trainline app to see the departures because there are many, close together and often 5 minutes apart they also cost 8 pounds less. Upon arrival there is a pub where you can eat at a good price (O'neil) while waiting to take the free shuttles that pass continuously. If you arrive before the time they will let you in anyway.
It's not worth taking the audio guide because it's quite complicated to manage, but the passport is nice to take to stamp it at the various stages. Enjoy the visit!

Fun to see the movie sets, interactive, the Hogwarts model room was amazing. Even if you have been to Hogwarts at Universal, it’s well worth the visit if you are a fan of Harry Potter.

The studio was amazing, so much to see and the people that work at the studio were kind and helpful. Food was ok. The four stars is for the studio.
This tour itself left much to be desired. The staff at check in where no frills. The bus was late due to traffic so we got to the studio at least 30 minutes late. They gave zero instructions or information. They did the bare minimum. Basically they were just a driver.

Loved seeing how the special effects were done and how the costumes were made on different ways and aspects of the film.

The company was very easy to work with ahead of time as we realized (due to flight issues) that we would not make the scheduled time for the departure. Met the drive at the studios to get our tickets and took the bus back to the original scheduled departure site. Very easy!
