Currently, I run a ramen shop in Osaka, and I will rent out the shop for participants outside of business hours and teach them how to make ramen. I will prepare the soup and noodles because they take time to make. You can choose your favorite flavor of ramen and choose your favorite toppings. Finally, eat the ramen you made yourself and you're done.

Absolutely do it. Very knowledgeable, fun and you'll get some great tips on making this at home. The pork was amazing and that's coming from someone in the field. 2 hours spent with a local who gives great travel advice as well.

What a great experience. Shu and his family are so welcoming. Each person gets to make their own ramen (which is delicious) step by step. It's super fun and such a great price. I highly recommend. From 2x 🇦🇺 🦘

This was one of the highlights of our trip! Our teacher was extremely nice and helpful. We had such a great time and the food was amazing! We also learned a lot about Japanese cuisine. Would highly recommend this workshop!

Absolutely amazing experience! The ramen was delicious, and the host family are a gem. The explanation of ramen making was very detailed, I now have a newfound appreciation of the effort that's required to create such delicacy. My husband and I went here with our 8-year old son and we all had such a fun time. The chef was so welcoming and so good with my son. We all enjoyed the chance to make our own ramen, see the process, and of course, try some ramen!

Was a great experience, would recommend to anybody. Host was extremely kind and easy going with pretty fluent english speaking skills. Had some great ramen and got some great pics 🤙

Chef Shu was funny and friendly. He made our kids laugh and made us all feel welcome in his restaurant. We took turns creating our selected ramen (the ramen base is prepared beforehand as it requires hours of laborious cooking). Truly a memorable experience for our family. Thank you!
