Very good tour guy patient & polite, me & my friends was late everytime he came to get us to take us for the activies and he waited for us but don't be like cause he might not wait for you y'all not us we a vibe

This was the best tour company I ever dealt with! I can truly say , everything was perfect from picking us up at the airport, to all our excursions! I highly recommend them because you won’t have no problems or issues with this company! Fresh look tours put my whole itinerary together for me and it all worked out just like he said for my birthday! Thank you, the whole team is awesome!

Possibly would have been great, but ended up having to cancel after waiting an hour and a half for them to show up. The number the agency provided Viator does not work. When I finally heard from them after requesting a refund the guy sounded like he had just woken up, and asked us to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of what we already waited. Not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund, book another trip that’s with a different local agency.

One word I’d use to describe this tour is “VIBE.” I went in November and though it rained a lot that day, Joseph, our tour driver, made sure we had fun. He was punctual and a problem solver. He knew the best spots to eat and after the tour we even got a chance to enjoy the night life. If you’re not staying in Montego Bay please be aware that there will be an additional transportation fee. Food is a separate expense. I’d definitely highly recommend this tour!

Amazing …. Our tour guides were so amazing, they picked us up on time took us to all our activities. We enjoyed the ride, had shots , good music, a lot of space. Me and my girls enjoyed every minute of it & will definitely be back again. Book fresh look it’s a 10/10 on eveything no joke.
