Good time, a bit boring, but ok… thanks it guide Monika was good. She waited for us and gave us direction back to the station. Make sure if you book this you book ahead of time. If you can, I recommend just doing the tour yourself in the chocolate factory instead of this whole trip as the guide doesn’t tour you in the factory anyways

The guide did a fine job, switching from language to language when answering the specific questions of the group. The bus portion of the tour was a bit rushed, making it difficult to see the sights the guide was referring to. The boat tour was lovely and relaxing. The chocolate tour was a nice way to end the day. Lindt does a very professional job and is really enjoyable. A nice bonus is the 24 hour transit pass that comes with the tour.

The boat ferry to the chocolate factory was lovely and if you like chocolate, the factory tour was awesome! Informative and delicious with plenty of sampling and fun. Definitely recommend taking the ferry back to the city as well.
The bus journey at the start of the tour brought us to a lovely view, but otherwise, that part of the tour was lackluster. We were very rushed by our guide who was knowledgeable, but unfriendly.

A bit pricey for what you get. Rain hampered walking part, which is no one's fault. Guide managed to fill the time with a longer boat ride, which was thoughtful. Lindt plant was fun. It fell apart after that. Took a bus back to a poimnt in town, from there guide was supposed to get us onto streetcar for return to near where we started. Except he disappeared and a large part of the group was left on its own. Weak ending to an OK experience.

Fantastic tour! Galida was an absolute pleasure for a guide. She was friendly and informative and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. Phillipe did a great job driving around. The Lindt museum is a can’t miss!

My husband and I took the Zurich Highlights tour with cruise and Home of chocolate. Our tour guide Antje was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She was very patient with our group and made sure everyone understood her directions. Would highly recommend this tour.

The Lindt Museum was the highlight of the tour, but the bus ride, brief city center walk, and short cruise were enjoyable in spite of the rain. Good tour guide but full bus.

Great tour guide, although at the end the headsets didn't work, so was hard to hear. Also, there was a much faster pace, than what we were able to keep up with for most of the tour. Guide was cognizant of traffic patterns and capacities on public transportation, so was able to adjust our method of returning to the final location.
