Places were great. The tour was not a tour, it was merely the transportation. You’re better off just going on your own, that way you have more free time to do whatever.

The trip was meet with trepidation at first but we had no reason for concern. It was carefully orchestrated and delivered as promised. We had rain on the way back and our driver (Philip) was extremely carefully and navigated the wet roads with easy and caution. The lady who was our audio guide was very clear and multi linguist. She spoke clearly so people, we could grasp the information easily, The coach was very comfy but did lack a toilet facility. The two towns visited offered enough for people to choose from. We chose the Tobogganing, and then the chair lift and the train up into the mountains, Along with delicious food, icecream with a continuous breath taking views of the Swiss alps. We ensured our activities were within the timeline of the coaches schedule.
A big thankyou to munchie who tried to answer any of our concerns. ❤️❤️ it.

Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time at the tour stops, and we learned good information along the way. We definitely recommend this tour!

The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, I appreciate him not talking the whole way there and back as it’s a long time on the bus. I recommend finding a few things you’d like to do in Grindelwald before the tour as if the weather isn’t great (like ours) then you’re kind of scrambling as certain things are closed. We took the gondola to First (and appreciated the guide being honest and telling us it’s covered in clouds based off the webcam) and the ride was relaxing, saw some animals along the way. A lot of the things you’d want to do are booked up in advance (like the flyer etc) so don’t wait to book. When we went that was closed. We spent the rest of the time in Grindelwald shopping, which was a really nice time. The train back to interlaken is a pain, wish they would just wait for us there in Grindelwald. The train station in Interlaken is a good 15 min from the meetup spot, and some people were a bit tardy even though the guide reminded them multiple times. I think we would’ve enjoyed the day more if we had gotten more time in Interlaken and didn’t have to stop to pick up people in Lucerne. I think next time we would do this on our own instead of with a tour.

The majestic beauty of the mountains, fields, waterfalls, and lakes was breathtaking. Our driver Luis and guide Fernando did an awesome job getting us to our destinations safely and providing relevant information and facts about Switzerland during our journey to Grindelwald, Lucern, and Interlaken. The add-on Gondola ride to Grindelwald First Mountain was spectacular and well worth the additional cost. However, I would have preferred to pay for this in advance instead of having to join a long line or trying to secure an online ticket. For the more adventurous traveller, they had other exciting options but they sold out quickly. I would have given it 5 stars, but I did not particularly enjoy the train ride and did not find it relaxing. It was hot and crowded! I would have preferred to return directly to Interlaken on the bus instead.

You’re basically paying for a bus ride with no working bathroom and someone giving way too much useless chatter over an extremely loud microphone the whole way. Once you arrive, you are free to explore and there is no guidance. Next time I would just take the train to the city center myself. I found the guides in charge of the tour were rude and unpleasant, especially after asking to turn down the volume on the mic. When it was time to return to the bus it was raining and they kept us waiting outside in the rain. Unfortunately, I don’t think it was worth the time or money for this tour.

Absolutely incredible and very informative! The views were absolutely stunning and the guides were very helpful. I would recommend this trip not just for the incredible experience but also for the very helpful people who helped us while on our trip!

Grindlewald was fantastic-rode the Gondola up to the top of the mountain and did the First Walk by Tissot. The town was really neat. Interlaken is beautiful and has good shopping. The bus was not the highest quality and despite a long drive did not have charging outlets.
