Despite of the less than perfect weather, the tour was well organized, with excellent choices of activities and top notch service.
Strongly recommend it!!!

The Jungfraujoch tour is an all day journey! I took the July 2 tour. The scenery makes this tour excellent. You will experience the beautiful Alps on this tour! The destination point is far away. You will be seeing beautiful mountains, rivers and waterfalls along the way. The bus rides take up about 50% of the time. The bus is comfortable with good windows for easy viewing! You will also be on a few trains on this tour. The cable car part of tour provides variety. You will only have about 3 hours at the destination point, but this is enough time to explore on your own the attractions at Jungfraujoch. We had two guides with my tour group. They both did a good job! The driver had to make several quick turns in the Alps - He drove very safe. This tour is expensive, but you will be paying for a lifetime memory! You will be able take many nice photos! Best to get some rest before this journey - Pay attention to the guides for directions . . .

Useful info I couldn't find in the description: that you're on the top ~13:00-15:30. Check weather conditions because it is really important to have clear visibility on the top. There are 24/7 webcams that can help to check weather conditions.

The ticket includes a ride from Zurich to Interlaken by bus and 3h on the top of Junfraujoch which in itself can be Fr250+ booked solo, so technically, you are paying Fr50 for the guide and the organization and it is worth (eg. telling the names and history of mountains, where to look to take a good picture, etc)

If you spend less time on the top and budget your travel, you can save a bit more, but I think to see everything you'll need at least 2h on the top.

While it was cloudy with bouts of rain, the trip was definitely worth it. Our Guide, Bettina, ensured that we were aware of history and other useful infomration enroute. Despite the cloudy and windy conditions at Jungfraujoch, the place was amazing. Ice Palace stands out as a major highlight. Prior to that, brief stop at Interlaken was definitely a useful time to stretch legs and soak in the beauty.

This was one of the highlight of my trip; most enjoyable and memorable. Jungfraujoch is such an amazing place; a gem. We enjoyed the ice palace and the alpine sensation. The glacier was phenomenal. It was a long ride there but the drive was scenic and our guide made the trip so much more interesting by pointing out famous sights and providing background, history and detailed info. I would definitely recommend this for company and the guide

Our trip to Mount Jungraujoch was awesome! We were very lucky for the sun to be out for some of the time we were on the summit so our view was incredible. Our tour guide was the best. Everything was organised for us and we were escorted through a lot of the long lines which was the best. I would highly recommend this tour.

Wonderful couple from Arkansas,
whom we met. We really liked the fact that we could experience the snow for a short period and then hop back into a warm area!! We liked the photo opportunities too.

The trip would be a lot better if the bus had restrooms on bus. You ride for over 2-1/2 hours with restroom facility’s . Then when you get to the top of the alps 2-1/2 hrs is just to long a time up there. I would say do not go in this trip.

My experience on this trip was less than perfect but it had nothing to do with the tour operator. I will never forget the sheer awe and wonder of ascending the Jungfraujoch by cable car. I will never forget how the green mountain slowly turned into a snow covered rock face shrouded in clouds. Even though it was a spring day at the base at the top of the mountain it was winter. Here the tour became less than perfect but still memorable. There was so much poor winter weather that one did not get good views of anything. Also, it was uncomfortably crowded (it should be regulated) but again, this was not the fault of the tour operator. Coming down the mountain one had the reverse impression of descending from the clouds into a glorious Swiss countryside complete with waterfalls. I would not have missed this for the world.
