Witness breathtaking snowy mountain landscapes on this day trip from Zurich to Mount Titlis. First, your guide points out some top Lucerne attractions on a short orientation drive through the city, followed by some free time in this charming city. Then, continue to Engelberg in the Swiss Alps and ride in a revolving cable car to the top of mighty Mount Titlis for majestic views of ice boulders and crevasses. Get closer to the crevasses on the Ice Flyer chairlift, enjoy some snow tubing at the Glacier Park and walk across Europe’s highest suspension bridge for more spectacular views.

Optional (in winter, for ski beginners only): Choose the Snow Experience option. Slide down the hill on snow tubes and try skiing once in a lifetime on the beginner slopes – definitely a memorable experience you shouldn't miss. A Titlis Snow Park staff member (English-speaking) will provide the equipment and supervise the activities.

WHAT TO EXPECT

From the centrally located Sihlquai Coach Terminal, the scenic coach journey begins through the city of Zurich, the beautiful countryside via Albis Pass, and along the shores of the Lake of the Four Cantons to Lucerne.

Photo stop en route at either Lake Lucerne or at the Lion Monument.
3.
Enjoy a brief orientation drive, where your guide points out the main attractions of this charming town like the Chapel Bridge, the Town Hall, the Jesuit Church, and the Culture and Convention Centre (KKL). Enjoy some time at leisure to explore the Old Town before the journey continues to Engelberg, where the valley station of Mt. Titlis cable car is located.

At the valley station the breathtaking journey with the different aerial cable cars to the top of Mt. Titlis, located on 3'000 m.a.s.l., begins. Enjoy the spectacular sight of the glacier's deep crevasses and gigantic ice boulders from the revolving cable car Rotair. At the top of Mt. Titlis a high alpine panorama awaits you.

Visit the Glacier Cave and pass over Europe's highest suspension bridge - the Cliff Walk! Take a ride with the Ice Flyer which brings you close to the crevasses and the Glacier Park where you can experience snow tubing even in summer! Enjoy magnificent views of the Alps from the restaurants or the sun terrace.

Your action-packed day trip to Mt Titlis concludes with drop-off at Sihlquai Coach Terminal in central Zurich at approximately 7pm.

Giada was our tour guide, and she was nothing short of amazing! We couldn’t say enough about her. She answered all questions, got to know us, and was extremely friendly. The tour itself was such a good experience. It was cloudy while we were up there, but we didn’t let it damper our day! Highly recommend

Even though it was cloudy it was still a good tour. My daughter and I enjoyed the cliff walk… probably because it was cloudy lol If we had seen the view below our feet we might not have had the courage to do it. Our tour guide Giada was awesome! She spoke many languages and shared great details about our surroundings.

Such a great tour. We had Xia as our guide. She was a well traveled and knowledgeable guide that got our private group around. We enjoyed her commentary very much. You bus out from Zurich and head to Engelberg to take gondolas up to Titlis. Very steep climb up. The gondolas are great. Steadfast and got the job done all the way up. There are lots to do up there. Glacier cave, a sky bridge, chair lift ride. Pictures you have taken in Swiss outfits. Souvenirs aplenty. The restaurant was great. Chocolate!! Our day was pretty foggy and overcast, but it was still a great experience. Next you take a trip over to Lucerne. Spent an hour out there. Neat little city with a beautiful city center where you can get more souvenirs and visit the Chaple Bridge, which is this old wood bridge decorated with flowers. Very pretty and picturesque. Great tour for sure. A must do in my opinion

Must visit place of Switzerland. Your trip is incomplete without visiting Mt. Titlis. Most adventurous things is Flyer. So don’t forget to try flyer. Cliff walk is also thrilling and adventurous. If you are lucky than you will Get Well Soon,Take Care snow fall also.Natural beauty is all around you on top of Titlis.
LUCERNE is also superb city. Don’t forget shopping at LUCERNE market.

Really wish we had more time in Lucerne and that the tour left Zurich earlier for a longer tour. The tour was in both English and Spanish but it was hard to listen to both languages since the guide rambled and there was just too much talking, no real moment of peace to take in the views. Then at Mt. Titus she made a huge deal about the stickers and took forever to give us our tickets. We were glad to have free time in both Lucerne and Mt. Titus. Mt. Titus was worth it, we had a cloudy day but none of the activities were closed at the top thankfully. Overall we had a good day just wish the tour was structured differently.

Good half-day activity from Luzern. Take the train to Engleberg - 45 minutes ride. Get a ticket at the Titlus Valley station. Get on the revolving cable car.
Mind the weather so be prepared for snow or rain
