When booking, we were not informed that we had to take proof of identity. Also, another couple had also not been informed. However, the driver was able to sort this out for us.
On returning to the vehicle, we were informed that we had selected that we would pay the driver on the day. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the confirmation of the booking, so the driver was paid in cash. My husband asked the driver for
My calls and texts to the company on the day were ignored.
Since returning home, I have found confirmation that we had selected for payment to be taken from my card.
Currently, we are still trying for a refund nearly eight weeks later.

Amazing Tour with a spectator tour guide. Thank you Thomas!!! He took great care of my 80 year old mother. Extremely polite. Shared wonderful insight about the places we visited. Easy to understand in English. Provided rain jackets when needed. All three locations we visited were so so beautiful. Up and down hiking, so wear good shoes. It’s worth it. Best tour so far.

Greg was s great driver and host. Very punctual and mini bus was comfortable and modern with great air con which was really needed in the heat ! Lunch was great, a large baguette with various other snacks and fruit with a bottle of water.

Olek was great, he was very prompt with pick up time of 6:40am at the hotel. He came in a mini van which was great, it was my sister and I and another family of 4. He dropped us to Auschvitz first and then waited for us after with our lunchboxes. The lunchbox was a great option which had a sandwich, apple, banana, drink, a bottle of water, and a croissant. We had roughly 10mins to eat before he took us to Birkenau where we gathered again with the tour guide we were allocated at Auschvitz. After Birkenau he dropped us back to our hotel. I highly recommend wearing a cap at Birkenau as its in the open and full sun. Overall highly recommend the tour as everything is sorted for you including the tickets and lunchbox and transportation.

This is a fabulous trip. Great service from Piotr from start to finish. Very attentive, informed us of everything every step of the way and never left us to guess what we were doing. The Tour guides were also amazing and I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants good value for money, a safe driver and an amazing experience from start to finish. Thankyou Piotr 👍

Great experience but it was dampened by the fact our driver put us on a Polish speaking tour ensuring we would have a translated English version. We soon realised at the beginning of the tour we couldn’t translate the tour on the radio, therefore we had to use our initiative and tag onto an English tour which started 30 mins after ours. Luckily everything was fine afterwards but this shouldn’t have happened for a tour we paid £90pp for.

Communication with the driver Daniel the night before was very good. Although my tour time had changed from 09:00 it was now moved to 13:15 which actually worked out better. The tour around Auschwitz and Berkenau was incredibly moving and the tour guide explained everything carefully. This was something I had wanted to do for many years and I was extremely satisfied with how it went.
