This cooking experience is truly unique. It's an opportunity to step into the heart of Moroccan culture, from going to a local market (Souk) to preparing a traditional Moroccan dishes.
This experience provides a glimpse into the daily lives of Moroccans.
You will live a day as a Moroccan local by visiting a popular local Souk(market) and cook Moroccan dishes in a local home with a Moroccan local family.
This experience will take you on a journey through the heart of Moroccan culinary heritage.
In my cooking class you will learn how to make popular Moroccan dishes and discover the secret, tips, and skills of our Moroccan cuisine.
NOTE: The local market closes only on Friday.

Inas and her parents are a warm and welcoming family. They made the whole experience very memorable. The local market is authentic local market with vendor stalls on both sides of the street. The final product is well worth the time to make it.

It would be difficult to imagine a more perfect culinary learning experience than the one provided by Inas & her family. Tangine selection, food prep, cooking methodology, presentation & spicing techniques were well explained and her instructional style; superb, simple & down to earth. Her knife skills were something to behold- I’m not sure I’ll try this at home, but maybe! Her English is excellent & the value of this experience is well worth twice the price. Her family is warm & friendly & the meal we shared in their traditional dining room was well beyond expectation. Inas is warm & friendly with cooking acumen & insight passed down from three generation’s. This is definitely a memorable, well treasured, ‘do not miss’ opportunity’.

When in Casablanca you must do this food tour and cooking class. We had the most wonderful day, visiting the local market, picking ingredients. We cooked a beautiful chicken tagine. Our host was amazing and answered all our questions. So much love for food and visitors.

We would thoroughly recommend this experience, Inas and her parents opened their home to us providing us with an authentic Moroccan experience, shopping at the local market, preparing and cooking the meal and making tea.
Inas, answered our many questions regarding Casablanca, family and Moroccan life. The generosity of Inas and her parents was boundless.
If you want to experience a day in the life, outside of the usual tourist attractions, then visiting with Inas and her family, learning about Morocco from a local and learning how to prepare traditional food is the must do activity. The day flew by. I can’t recommend this highly enough. 5+ stars

This experience was fabulous 👏🏽. And Inez and her family were phenomenal. The food was delicious and the company was stupendous. What else could you ask for? It was my first cooking experience abroad and I loved it! She even told us where to find a special gift 🎁 for my friend to bring home.

Traveled through two countries and four cities, this was a highlight of the trip! Inas went above and beyond. After the booking, my flight time changed and she worked with me to adapt the itinerary to the new time. Amazing! Super patient to my limited cooking abilities and a great guide to the local market that allowed me to see authentic Morocco living. A must for any visit!
