The communication when booking wasn't clear that this would be two different boat trips. We took the Alcatraz portion and then expected a longer bay cruise on the back end of the trip, and we were disappointed when the trip only lasted half the time (2 hours vs. 4 hours) and only went to and from the island. We never made it to the 2nd trip and when I called, they declined the ask for reimbursement for the 2nd portion of the trip that went unused.

Haven't done the cruise part yet, but I would definitely recommend the trip to Alcatraz. Lots to see, and the audio tour is a great help to get the back story.

We got all the information wrong about the place to take a boat and the company in charge of two activities in bundle, Alcatraz visit and San Francisco Bay Cruise. It has been impossible to contact anyone to get the help we needed.

We are very disappointed with the service. First of all, the so-called attachment was nowhere to be found, we almost missed the boat's departure for Alcatraz. No one was able to direct us on site...and no possibility of calling because no telephone number was available.
Then we went to the Blue & Gold fleet counter for the cruise. Apparently we had to present another QR code which we never received. We presented them with the email sent on August 16 at 6:28 (the day of departure!)...and we were directed to another company: Fog tours. We never found it and were exhausted and exceedingly upset. So we didn't do the cruise.
Given the inconvenience suffered due to this bad experience, we therefore ask you for a full refund of the service, otherwise we will not fail to report your malfunctions to your next users. Hoping. Greetings.

I did a mistake with my reservation (booked the wrong date) and I wrote to the responsible of the tour. He answered quickly and we had a really good customer service. We were texting at night and he found a solution for us. Without this, our trip was compromise. Thank you very Faycal!

We did the Alcatraz Island and Bridge Bay tour, the experience was amazing. It was easily accessible, tour company staff was very helpful im insure woe mad with to our destinations and we enjoyed the trip.

The Alcatraz tour was awesome and I liked that you could wander around on your own and not have to follow a guide. You can stay as long as you want - just don’t miss the last boat! It was smaller than I thought.
Bay cruise was gorgeous and a great way to see a lot of the sights. Definitely recommend!
