A quick tour of Prague in two hours. A sightseeing route by air-conditioned bus will take you to exteriors of Prague Castle, where you will take an hour's walk around the castle with a guide.

We booked this on the basis of the description as a two-hour bus tour followed by an hour's walking tour of the castle precincts. We were taking my 90-year-old mother who has trouble walking long distances, so we wanted a tour mostly in a bus, and we had decided to skip out of walking bit at the end once my mum got tired.
However, after half an hour in the bus with a very bored and lacklustre guide, we arrived at the castle, to be told that there would now be a 90-minute walking tour, before getting back on the bus for a brief return to the centre. We complained to the guide, to no avail. We managed to get my mum as far as the entrance to the castle, by which time she needed to sit in a café. I waited with her in the café while the walking tour progressed. When my mum was ready to explore a little more, the guide returned to say it was time to get back on the bus!
This was a truly terrible tour, and nowhere near as billed. Avoid at all costs.

We booked this tour with the aim of getting a feel of Prague soon after we arrived. We thought it was going to be more of a coach tour than a walking tour of Prague Castle. For the latter we had already booked the three hour afternoon walking tour; in fact the latter was much better. Also although we knew that the coach was not going to take us back to our hotel from were we were picked up, we did know that it was going to leave us at Prague Castle.

The coach picked us up promptly at the time requested and it was very clean and cool. Once the coach picked up the rest of the customers, we started our tour. Our tour guide began giving us the history of Prague and the sights we were driving by. He was very informative. We then got off the coach and began the walking tour through Prague Castle after which we got back on the coach and drove to the Jewish quarters where we continued our walking tour through to Old Town Square.
The two complaints I have is that the coach drove by a few of the sights too quickly, not giving us time to take photos, and our tour guide didn't introduce himself. Other than that, this tour was worth the price and time spent.

The tour was perfect for us hence we want to explore our own as well. The guide very impressive, great knowledge and very informative and direct to the point. She knows how to interact the audience.

We are a three-generation family of 7, ranging in age from 20 to 90. Our friendly bus driver (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch) and our guide Sonia made this trip a success despite all the problems we threw at them, from finding a warm and cozy restaurant for our oldest member to have a cup of tea and a snack while we walked around Prague Castle, to doing a great job of explaining everything in a very friendly and patient way, then offering to drop us back at our apartment to make things easier for us. The final touch came that evening when we got a call telling us that they’d forgotten to give us a senior and student discount- apologized profusely and then made arrangements to drop the money off with us. Great to know that people like this are doing business!
