Small sweet ranch in the mountains of the Cinque Terre. Denise took very care of her horses and the horses seemed very healthy and satisfied. The preparations and handling of the horses were straightforward, even for inexperienced riders. Highly recommended!

Our guide was very friendly and very sweet. Their communication was very good which made the activity much more pleasant. Further, me and my sister had been slightly nervous about going horseback riding since we don’t have much experience however our guide was there every step of the way and constantly check in with everyone in the group to assure everyone’s comfort and safety. I recommend this activity!

It is well explained on how to drive the horse.
However, the itself was somewhat disappointing. We mainly walked in the woods and had few viewpoints. We walked to a picnic spot and then the same way back.
Good to know there is a €20 charge (for 2 people) to drive you from Monterosso to the Ranch.

My mum and I had a lovely experience! Everything from pick up to drop off was smooth. Horses were taken care of, and their temperament was very good. Overall would highly recommend this experience for anyone wanting a different perspective of Monterosso.

My 16 year old daughter and I enjoyed this lovely ride in the mountains of Cinque Terre. We are both experienced equestrians, but 2 other ladies on the trip were novice riders. Denise was a great guide and assisted them well, while allowing us more freedom and the ability to trot our horses. It was a great day and the horses are very well cared for and loved. They each have a beautiful tile nameplate in the tack room too ❤️

Horses were beautiful, not spooky at all. Encountered motorcycles and vehicles on the road didn’t faze the horses. The view was amazing, even though it was a hazy day.

My boyfriend and I booked this horseback ride on the hills of Monterosso for the day 21 June 2024 h 16.30. They picked us up personally from the village and took us to the riding school 600 m above sea level. The girl who greeted us, Denise, was really very helpful and nice. Her passion for horses is evident, cultivated, as she told us, from an early age. He provided us with the protective helmet and explained well how to lead the horses. It helped me up and reassured me because for me it was the first time ever. He then accompanied us throughout the tour, which lasted about 2 hours. It was very nice and relaxing, completely immersed in Ligurian nature. My boyfriend also proposed to me!!! Confirming then that the places and atmosphere were really unique!!

Very friendly, open and funny young woman. For her young age, she gives others a very nice experience. Even if you have only seen a horse from a distance before and it is your first time trying one, she quickly takes away your fear and it is fun to be out and about with her.

Great experience! It was my first time on a horse, but I felt comfortable and it was a lot of fun! It was cold and they let us borrow jackets. They were very accommodating and welcoming! We were able to see an amazing view of Monterosso. It was the perfect distance to enjoy the experience without being sore the next day.

Denise was very kind and we had an incredible afternoon ride. The views up the mountain were incredible and the horses we rode were very sweet. A must do activity if staying anywhere near Monterosso!
