This was an incredible tour! Monica was so friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we had the best time! All of the wine was delicious and the boat tour was breathtaking. Lunch was so great too! Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommend, you won't regret it!

What a spectacularly beautiful trip, what a wonder guide! Tiago was the absolute best; knowledgeable, personable, passionate and fun. And the company, Your Tours Portugal, was also great. When Tiago’s van had mechanical problems the day before, they gave him a mini-bus and a driver to transport us! It was the perfect tour of the majestic Douro river valley…everything we had hoped for and more!

The tour was really detailed in this best way for us. Started off with the wine tasting first and then had a
lovely boat ride but it truly was beautiful views on the water and the hour flew by. The local restaurant meal was really tasty and Mónica was really personable and ended up making the experience even better. We shared photos laughed throughout and you could tell she really loved her job which was nice to see! The Trinidad will be an exceptional restaurant when it get completed and the manager had true passion talking about this in the making all round a 5 star

Our tour guide Sofia was incredibly knowledgeable and taught us all about the ins and out of port tasting on the ride there so were prepared for our first tasting. We went to high end port producers and the tastings were excellent. The highlight though is the scenery of the Duoro Valley. It is absolutely stunning. The river cruise highlights what you have already seen driving in a relaxing way. We also stopped in a small town and had an authentic Portuguese lunch which was lovely. However, our tour guide made this tour very special for us calling ahead and inquiring about some additional tasting items we were interested in. Her knowledge about port and history about Portugal were quite impressive and made this tour more interesting for our family.

Monica and Maria were excellent guides, they kept the day fun. Did not like the last winery we went to, Quinta do Beijo, the owner was late and rude. So just request to visit a different one when you book!

This was a great tour and we really enjoyed the experience. We had a great tour guide named Nunu Pires and we highly recommend him. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating.
The region is about 2 hours from Porto so it is a far but beautiful drive. The first wine tasting was at a small family owned winery named Casa Do Poco and this was definitely our favorite part of the whole experience. Afterwards we had lunch at an amazing restaurant called Cacho d’Oiro.
Following lunch we went on a boat ride that was a bit crowded and our least favorite part of the tour. The last stop was another winery which was beautiful and the drink we tried was great.
Overall it was a great tour but if we could have we would have replaced the boat tour with another stop at a small family owned winery.
