We had a fantastic tour! Starting from our incredible driver Simone who showed us a great time and made sure we were hydrated and always on time at all of our destinations. His English was excellent and we truly enjoyed Pisa and Florence. Our tour guide was wonderful too. We highly recommend this tour!

Unfortunately, I think they scrambled to find us a driver at the last minute so he arrived late and spoke hardly any English. It made for quite the boring ride into Pisa and Florence. Once in Florence we were transferred to a lovely English speaking tour guide that was enjoyable! After her short 1&1/2 hour tour we were back in the van for another long quiet ride home. It's too bad because we were passing by some very nice areas and we would have liked to know about them!

8 hour tour in Pisa and Florence …. Had a great driver name Elia. He was patient and accommodating. Great time!

We had Elio as our private taxi driver and Giulia as our walking tour guide in Florence. This was a very cool experience! Elio drove us to Florence and we toured through the town for about 1 hr with her, and then we had about 2 hrs to tour, shop and eat on our own, and Elio was waiting for us in the private taxi to take us to the leaning tower of Pisa, where he dropped us off front row parking and we had about 45 mins to explore and take pictures on our own. Elio then took us back to the very entrance of the cruise ship. He offered us water on the ride! This one is one of the most difficult to find the pick up point, but just double check your pick up location and ask locals for help. Viator will send you a message with the exact spot, but you MUST ensure you get to the correct meeting point, on time! The instructions are perfect and there are free shuttle busses to take you, you just have to read directions carefully! We made it fine, but there were 4 who never showed up.

Best day ever! The guide was great and showed us relevant historical and cultural sights in Florence. Would have loved to stay there longer, but our ship did not stay so long in port… Nice touch with the home made ice cream in Florence. On the way back we had a short photo stop in Pisa. Driver was friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back!
