Came alone to experience the Challenge Package and went for the extra flight for $50 as well. Alyssa at the front desk was helpful and friendly in confirming my reservation. Helmi was my instructor and he was very friendly. His professionalism put me (a nervous flyer) at ease making every penny worth it! Would definitely recommend this!

I had to pay a rescheduling fee because I was late, despite completing the process within 30 minutes, contrary to the girl at the counter's estimate of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon requesting a refund and to speak to a manager, I encountered a manager who appeared confused and unsure of how to proceed. I suppose her name was corin. She seemed inexperienced and was unable to assist. Such a disappointing experience.

Bodyflight in indoor vertical tunnel.
We were apprehensive about bodyflight.
Had a short talk with instructor n other staff, who were very kind enough to answer all our questions.

We took / paid for video + photos.
I think, its a once-in-a-lifetime experience for me.
Our 11 yr old daughter too did bodyflight.
Instructor made us feel comfortable during pre-bodyflight.
We received Certificate too.

Amazing experience! Coach and supervise by Darryl and he is clear in instruction and patient. I have so much fun and would recommend to try at least once!

Definitely not worth it.
It costs approx $144 for two 45 second rounds. It’s a fun ride, but you only fly at around the chest level of the instructor which is too low.
Unless you pay an extra $50 to higher, which is a must if you’ve already spent the first $144.

I won’t do it again or recommend it to someone else.
If money is not a concern for you then you can try it.

But I didn’t feel it’s worth the $200 (144+50)

We knew the activity would be fun already, but Helmi made the experience even better. Funny, entertaining and great at guiding us first timers!

The tickets were highly overpriced, only about 45 secs for each child. Compared to the front desk, the instructors were friendly and supportive, which is all that matters.

Our instructor Helmi was 👍🏻Be sure to request for him, he made us feel so that safe we upgraded from 1 to 3 flights 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 and in this whole big group everyone upgraded to the extra flight at the end! Be sure to get the pictures at the initial stage to dave $20

Paid a large amount for 30 seconds of fake flight. Definitely not worth. 30 seconds !! Then they offer you 30 seconds more for another 50 $ that my kids didn’t know. The instructor asked them and not the parents. It’s a rip off!

Its an awesome experience, really out of the ordinary.

However, there is a slight twist to the story.

We picked up a 2 dive package. The instructor tells us, that we will not be allowed to move beyond his height in any of the dives (while the website imagery indicates something entirely different).

If we need to be taken higher, we can opt for an addon dive at SGD 50.
The addon dive is priced the same whether one initially opts for the 1 dive or 2 dive package.

This is something that the company needs to mention explicitly on the site, else it is tantamount to misinformation.
