We booked a pass of 3 activities in Boston mainly for a cruise in the harbor, we showed up in the off-season with good weather conditions. Pass validation at Boston Cruise did not work. There were few people but clearly dissatisfied people at the counter. We were told that the evening cruise was not taking place to offer us the 4pm cruise before retracting under the pretext that the “Go City quota” was full and that we had to be reimbursed by Gocity who would be informed of the situation. I asked for written proof that I could not obtain. I wrote the same evening to Gocity who first apologized and pretended to check. After a month of exchanging a few emails and relaunching our
GoCity says we did the activity, which is a lie.
Result: 5 passes paid way too much for two small activities in Boston (a museum, the View Boston Tower), half a day wasted on vacation (the port being eccentric) as well as time spent by email. I don't recommend this company. Service provider-client relationship not at all up to standard. In the end it is the customer who toasts!

Don’t allow Viator for booing this attraction as QR code is not working at all in the attraction and Viator is not ready to refund ticket cost as well, Terrible Viator!!!

This pass is not worth it. The included tours are not the best ones. The hop on and off tour is not convenient. I booked a true crime tour through the pass and that was good. However, the ghost tour that I booked cancelled at the last minute and was not able to reschedule before we left. Will never purchase this again in any city!

Avoid this company. I wish someone had told me how terrible this company's customer service is. They are not based in the U.S. and there is no phone number for them. If you send an email, it can take a week or more to hear from them and it seems all of the agents have a different understanding of their policies. My daughter and I had COVID and we could not use our five day passes. I bought the most expensive passes and we never had the chance to use them. I emailed repeatedly and asked if they could be reinstated and one rep said yes so I replied. Then crickets. No response. One rep said yes, no problem then when I did get a response, the next rep said sorry no. Then crickets and then the next rep said they cannot override the system and reinstate the tickets. I replied and still haven't heard back. It's been weeks. If you value your time, do not buy this package. You might as well yell into a void. Just buy the tickets you want and save your sanity.

The main attraction we wanted to go to is no longer included, although it is still advertised -The Aquarium!! Also, had 3 passes left for the Fenway Park tour -only 1 of them worked and had to pay the admission. Don't know if this is a fault with Go city or Fenway.

The bus tour was terrible. The driver had COPD? and we couldn’t understand him at times as he could not project his voice. The service ended too soon and we saw other companies still going strong throughout the city and at a later time. Not worth the money.

I purchased the 3 attraction Explorer Pass with 3 chosen destinations one of which was the New England Aquarium. We got to the Aquarium 1/2 hour before they opened and stood in an already forming line. When we got to the ticket counter we were told that the Aquarium is no longer affiliated with Go City and wouldn't accept our pass. I was never notified that this change happened and when I purchased my passes it was listed as one to choose from. All the advertisements for Go City around Boston still have the Aquarium listed as an option. Very poor customer communication/service and I will not use Go City again.
