They started 10 minutes late for a 30 minute ride. They told us to get there early so we waited 20 minutes before someone finally came to help us. It was about 23-25 minutes in length. Glad we did it because it's Venice but will not be doing it again.

We took the two-hour tour and it was wonderful! Our gondolier was 5th generation and was absolutely delightful! Well worth the price!

Nice experience to be in the water channels of venezia. The driver had very good knowledge and it is clear that he has been doing this for long time.

This was one of the most incredible experiences of our life. Our gondolier was excellent. skill that his job and knowledgeable about everything related to Venice. Taking the one hour gondola versus the common 30 minute gondola was the way to go. We were able to go down so many quiet and peaceful canals. What a memorable experience

30 minutes was plenty of time to get the experience, and we appreciated not having a group of strangers with us. Location wasn’t really “off the beaten track” it was right back by where we got dropped off from the airport to get a water taxi to our hotel. Had I known this I likely would have just paid for a ride from one of the many guys waiting around the city.

The location was easy to find. It started in a busy area but then went down the quieter parts which was better. Very romantic and worth the experience.
