The tour operator never showed up. We arrived 45 minutes early and gave up an hour and a half later. The meeting spot was a construction site. The phone number provided was a Mexican number that o one answered. Was this a scam or just incompetence? We want our money back. Apparently this happens all the time, according to the stadium tour officials.
