I did the zip line and water falls on 6/24/24 while docked with Carnival cruise Sunrise as an excursion. I had A LOT of FUN!! MJ and his zip line staff were wonderful and I felt very safe. The zip line experience was more then I even imagined. I really had a lot of FUN!!!
I appreciated the photo and video staffing when I walked the water falls. I was able to enjoy the experience knowing that I was going to get photos and videos of my experience.
Tika was a very nice guide getting our group together off of the cruise, safely to the park and took us to get delicious food to eat.
I will come back to the park when I come back to Jamaica!!!

The lady that is in charge selling tickets for Zip line is terrible. She is in front of the entrance in to the park. Very miserable at her job and shows. Very rude not even a simple HI or Hello Welcome NOTHING at all. She looked like she is mad at entire world.
The zip line $40 is waste of money. You will be on a zip line itself less than 30 seconds. Lol it’s a joke of a zip-line and waste of money totally.

Our family of four (2 adults / 2 teens) did the Zipline and Dunn’s River waterfall climb combo and it was fabulous! The zip line was first which is smart because you get hot and then go cool off in the river. Ask for Stacey, she and Parker were our zip line guides and both were friendly, fun, and had a safety first attitude. The waterfall climb would have been with the trip alone, but getting to zip line over the falls took it to the next level for sure.

Earl, Paul, and Omar were the best tour guides. They are so dedicated and made the experience even better. Ziplined and did Dunn's waterfalls and we are so glad we did.

I had suchhh a great time!!! I enjoyed every second of my birthday here climbing the falls and zip lining with my guides Duncan and Smiley (Giggles lol) go and ask for them for a great experience

Stacy and Simpson were our guides and they were a complete delight!! They explained the safety precautions and rules well and made sure we had the most fun! They were also both incredibly nice! We had such a great morning ziplining over the falls with them!

Everything about this is just amazing. The staff friendly, supportive, knowledgeable. The views and experiences you have to do yourself to truly appreciate it. There are no words to really express how awesome this is.

My kiddos and I had a wonderful experience. Our driver, Richard provided us with facts about Jamaica which I find very informative.
Once we got to the boat they said offered water and fruit punch. They played a variety of music- which I really enjoyed.
Snorkeling- my kids are not the best swimmer. However, an employee from Chukka was diligent and kind enough to take them out in the ocean to do the activity. They had such an amazing time.
Dunns River fall- climbing the fall is not for the weak… but we had a wonderful time doing it.
Zip line- this was my absolute favorite. Zip lining over the falls was so cool.
Once got back on the boat , it was lit. They served alcoholic beverages and they had patty for sale. $6 for one patty is a bit much.
Any how - if you are looking to turn up
And have some fun. This is the excursion for you.
There is no thing I didn’t care for Is that every one wants a tip and they can get aggressive and demanding. But other than that I enjoyed myself to the max .

We were very disappointed in the lack of detail that was provided for our excursion. There was a list of items that we were told to bring but the list didn't say anything about bathing Suits or water bags for your phone or belongings. Also it wasn't explained that we needed cash for tipping in the park or that you needed cash to rent lockers for all your belongings so they wouldn't get wet. We went from zipline to hiking up the fall again without alot of information. We had to leave all our belongings in our bus because we didn't have cash to rent a locker. We ended up climbing the falls in our clothes and shoes and getting fully wet.

The signing on at the outpost was a bit unorganised. Nobody knew who was going where and it was just a mess. We finally got to Dunn's river and we were told we were doing the zip line first. Fine. Miguel was amazing. He was funny and really made us feel safe and I really enjoyed it even though I'm scared of heights. After that we went to do the climb of the falls and this was a bit disappointing. The guide was super enthusiastic to begin with however once we started the line was broken multiple times by random tourists climbing themselves and our tour guide kind of abandoned us. Someone from the group basically ended up taking over and helping us all instead. I was under the impression that someone would take photos on our personal phones for us but this wasn't the case. The videographer came along and wanted us to spend 40 dollars to buy a video of everyone who did the excursion and we only posed for two photos in the hour we were there. We then went for lunch at margaritaville and that was nice. The rum tasting back at chukka outpost was amazing the lady was lovely I can't remember her name she was super informative. I've done a tour in negril with chukka before and it was amazing so a little upset with this one however I would still recommend them.
