Michael & Ben chauffeured us in style & comfort in a Mercedes van. They provided water bottles, umbrellas, and relaxing music while we toured Taipei and nearby areas.
We were not able to visit certain places due to the rains, but they offered alternatives to ensure we still were able to visit many places.
They spoke great English, answered all our questions, gave us a history lesson and taught us about Taiwanese culture and norms and was very patient with us and very accommodating to my 90 year grandmother. They taught us some words in Mandarin and even treated us to some delicious tea eggs.
We enjoyed visiting Taiwan for the first time and surely recommend Michael & Ben to anyone that visits!

it rained on our second day but our guide Ben looked for an alternative activity which ended up being fun. Ben and Michael were very nice, professional and helpful. my 88 year mother had a great time
