The tour was incredible! Our pilot Antonio got us really close to the pyramids and he said the winds were just perfect today to pull that off! The staff was professional, polite and attentive to our needs and questions.

Nice early day! Was a cool experience staff was great the pilot of the hot air balloon drove very good everything was smooth!! Only thing the name of the tour is hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacan ruins but unfortunately with the wind we could not get close to the ruins, we understand it’s nature but that was one of the main reasons we wanted to do the ballon ride. I would give a 5 star if we got a chance to see them closer like in the promo photos. But all in all beautiful experience we bought 1 photo Ame was the photographer she was very nice got some great shots. I still haven’t received the photo we bought though my airdrop was not working so I left my email information hopefully it will be sent out soon! Thanks for the adventure :)

The hot air balloon was an amazing and smooth experience! I would definitely recommend it. Our pilot Antonio R was absolutely amazing and safe.
The entire package experience which also included breakfast in a cave, cultural tour, and pyramids was great. Our tour assistance, Garaetzi, was truly sweet and patient with our big group.

A bucket list tour for sure, a must do when visiting Mexico city! The food for the breakfast was delicious with enough options to cover everyone's needs, tours from locals with Teotihuacan ancestry made it extra special.
