An activity designed for art enthusiasts. In this Azulejo tile glazing workshop, you will have the opportunity to create your own beautiful tile in the traditional Portuguese style. No prior training is needed, and with the help of our expert tutors, anyone can do it
The workshop will take place in our ceramic studio, where you will get the chance to see the creative process and the artworks of multiple contemporary ceramic artists. Come and join our creative crowd!

It was a fun experience to learn all about tile painting. The artist was very helpful and guided us through the entire process. She entertained us with her life experiences.

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Egle was absolutely delightful.She was able to give us some tips on where to see some great art. Also suggested the Crystal Gardens which we probably would have missed & they were worth seeing for the incredible views!

We had a great time - this was last minute add on to our trip and we were all so pleased with how fun it was. In case you’re wondering, they mail the finished tiles to you! A great memory to have for our time in Porto. The instructed was so helpful and kind. There were 5 of us- 3 young adults and their parents!

I would recommend this workshop to anyone. One of my favorite things about Portugal was all the lovely tiles, so this was a really fun way to commemorate our trip. My boyfriend and I did this together and he really enjoyed it, even with no background in art. There are patterns to choose from or you can do a design of your own and add some fun tweaks to make it yours. Eglé kindly shipped them to the US for us – you can see a photo of us painting them and what they looked like once we got them finished. We can't wait to display them in our home!

We ended up being the only people at the workshop. The master Eglė Norkutė was very nice, friendly and helpful! We had an amazing time and are very excited to receive our fired tiles.
