June 2024- half of the museum is closed. Disappointed that this was not noted on the reservation. What we saw was incredible, but not worth the high price.

Great museum with some beautiful works of art. Isn’t too big, which is great for kids as it keeps their attention. It was super easy to pick up the tickets. The gardens are amazing. There was randomly a small train in front if the museum that we took when leaving and really enjoyed the different views of Rome from the park.

We got our tickets on time as scheduled. Great customer service from Veronica.
About the Gallery we didn't know it was a long walk and uphill to get there. The 2nd story of the gallery is closed so it was a shot visit. We were expecting more honest opinion.

When I found out that the ticket was 13 euros and I paid close to 40 euros, it seemed to be a little too much markup.

Rome venues are always very busy. The Viator tickets were easy to book and the communication from the contact in Rome was excellent. We chose to have the entry tickets only to Villa Borghese and hired, at a small extra cost, the audio guide. This was good and meant that we could tour the galleria at our own pace.

The Gallery was unbelievable, definitely a must see and I’m so glad I was able to book this ticket even if it was last minute. Customer service was excellent, instructions were very clear. I also got a text before the visit from the company giving me extra information. I would recommend booking the ticket with a guide, there’s so much to see and even though I did rent an audio guide I’m sure with a live one it would have been more interesting.
