I didn't understand that you have to go to a place to get a voucher.
I nearly lost my slot because because of that.
It is useless and a waste of time. You pay double price for the entrance, they could at least send it to you by mail directly.

We were a group of 3 friends travelling. I will admit finding the ticket booth was extremely challenging for us. Perhaps we’re not good listeners or map readers! We were late to arrive for our scheduled visit and frankly had given up hope we would get in. However, once we found an agent-Andrea he went waaaay out of his way to take care of us. He got us to the ticket booth, inside and made sure we knew what to expect for our tour. I would highly recommend this tour group. The only suggestion I have is make sure you understand how far it is to the booth. We were told we had to check in outside at the office for the Hop on Hop off bus and once there, we were told we had to find the “Souvenir Shop”with the red awning which was our down fall. If you’re unsure, have them enter the destination point into your maps. Even people we stopped or stores we went into for directions really couldn’t help.

The tour with Fredrico was amazing. A great walk through history, and explanations of the significance of each room. It was a smooth and enjoyable process, meet up zone was easy to find.

Didn’t book our Vatican tickets ahead of time so had to look to Viator the morning we planned to visit. This ticket was certainly reasonably priced compared to other third parties. This was definitely worth it considering the standby line to get into the Vatican is VERY long.
We were running late and they were kind enough to give us a call to ask when we would be arriving. We were dropped off near the entrance of the Vatican museum by our taxi and walked to the stairs across the street where other tour groups meet. I gave them a call and they were able to direct me to where they were located, past the bottom of the steps. The group had already left but they ensured they had people waiting for us to escort us to the rest of the group. Overall very happy with this company ‘Inside Out Italy’! Would recommend!

Read carefully what you're buying online. They offer exactly what they advertise and nothing more - fast entrance and tickets to the Vatican's museums. That's all. And now comes the tricky part and the reason why we awarded only 4 stars. We were a bit late and we had to ask around people holding little poles with flags hoping someone will point out where and who, since the info about the point of departure/meeting point is not clear. There were multiple groups and guides on site, but none with "Eternal Rome" sign. We got lucky and someone told us that we're suppose to look for "Inside out Italy" (light blue with white letters btw). How we got there? On Google maps look for "Musei Vaticani". When you get there you'll probably see a lot of people waiting in line. You'll have to cross the street "Viale Vaticano" , go down the stairs and cross the second street called "Via Sebastiano Veniero" and 15-20 meters or so on "Via Tunisi" you'll see (on the left side) a small souvenir shop with a faded/deleted sign that says "Gelateria". It was there where we found the group and guides. To be frank, I don't know if that's a "permanent" point of departure, but...I hope it helps other adventurers.

Our tour guide, Federico, provided a great tour of the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. He is a very friendly and funny guy whose passion for art and history truly enriched the experience. Highly recommend his insightful and engaging guide.

I don’t know because the tour guide made no effort to help me find him and didnt answer the phone when i called . Waste of money …..no sign to find the tour waste of my time and money

Our guide Frederico was very knowledgeable and friendly, his background in archeology made his tour extremely detailed and his enthusiasm made him captivating. I would highly recommend booking.

Great experience, exactly what it says. Skip the line and get escorted to the entrance of the museum. After we entered we were free to explore the museum and Sistine Chapel on our own. We rented audioguides once we got in to the museum, which was helpful.
