The van arrived timely. The driver did not speak any English but we managed. She was very kind and service oriented. She had water bottles for us in the vehicle

We have taken tours from Viator in the past and they were all very informative. However, the Full-Day Private Tour to Discover the Best of Toyko was absolutely the worst. The Tour Guide did not provide information/history of Tokyo. All he did was drive us and drop us off to fend for ourselves. While advertised as a full day tour, the Guide was anxious to leave to beat the traffic going home. The night before we were contacted for changes: pickup time, combining with another group, vehicle, etc. We were offered a $40.00 discount, which we never received. When we contacted Viator, we were told to contact the Tour Guide in Japan. Viator's Customer Service did not offer any assistance. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

She loaded my luggage into the van.
The van was spotless clean and comfortable
My trip took 90 mins, very competent driver.
I felt safe at all times.

The driver arrived on time and was able to fit all our luggage in the mini bus. Inspite of the inclement weather we arrived at the pier sooner than expected. Thanks Viator for sending us a very good driver.

Driver kept in constant communication with us and recommended we leave a little early due to traffic. Was on time and very friendly and professional. Got us to the Yokohama cruise port safely and with plenty of time to drop off your luggage and then explore Yokohama Chinatown. Would definitely recommended their services.

We spent a week in Tokyo and needed to make our way to the Yokohama Cruise Port. We arranged our own transport from the Marriott Courtyard Tokyo Station Hotel to the port because we were not eligible for a cruise transfer. CarEasyGo is a Tokyo based subcontractor used by Viator. The arrangement was flawless, the driver texted us details for pickup and we arrived in sufficient time for our cruise launch.
