A very fun and educational trip by jeep to a bedouin settlement in the desert, a 40-45 minutes drive from El Gouna and Hurghada.
We drank a herb tea, rode a camel (dromedary) learned a bit about Bedouin culture and saw a beautiful sunset in a desert mountain range. After that we had a nice meal and watched some stars and learned more about them as well.
The photographer took about 50 pictures of us alone which where sent the day after for a very reasonable price of $10 and created a nice video of the trip.
The way back was a bit tiring but it was well worth it.

Mousse and his team take care of his group the entire time and are very attentive. I would definitely do the tour at another time just to experience it all again. Can't recommend enough

esperienza bellissima, ne vale davvero la pena! noi eravamo in 5, tre adulti e due bimbi di 11 anni, ci è piaciuta dall'inizio alla fine! si parte con le jeep destinazione deserto, poi tè nel villaggio beduino, tramonto e cena...poi il cielo pieno di stelle! il tutto spiegato dalle guide in maniera gentile e professionale!

The team was amazing! 10/10
Very informed about local culture
Tasty food provided, and had a cooler with comfort drinks all included
Sunset was gorgeous
The drivers were great
Overall good trip if you want a touristy experience of the dessert
Things to know -
Check the weather for stargazing, it was very cloudy the day we went and apparently milky way only visible in summer (late june onwards)
The stars otherwise was nothing special if youre seriously there for star gazing.
The activity did include camel riding and it was not mentioned. I personally have ethical issues with this and they were not kept well.

Superb fun experience of the Stars with the visit to a typical Bedouin village and their cuisine,
The desert seemed endless with soothing tranquility,
Moussa's team is super welcoming, helpful and caring,
The Barbecue Meal is delicious and complete, they are not stingy with food or drinks,
The only downside is that the Jeep broke down in the middle of the desert...and was just missing air conditioning,
Moussa is a great teacher and the icing on the cake is the discovery of the stars in the middle of the night in a very calm desert where we could see at nightfall 1 desert fennec, attracted by food

From start to finish it was brilliant. The jeep ride into the desert was great fun the driver really was very skilled in driving lots of bumps and jumps! The Bedouin village was lovely the people and their lives out there was very interesting. The short walk up the mountain took us to some amazing views of the sun setting. Then on to a lovely dinner. We looked at the moon and the star vaga through a telescope then they took a photo for us of the moon in detail. We then laid down and looked at the amazing stars above and the guide told us the names. Overall this was a very memorable trip with some great photos to remember the evening. We was then sent a collection of photos from the telescope of several planets and the moon. Tale this trip if you can you won't regret it!

This trip is AMAZING. Excellent value for money, so interesting. Our guide Massa shared his own personal experience which was so educational. Everything about the trip was fantastic. Driving in the desert, the village, sunset and stars. You also get dinner and drinks included in the price. A perfect evening.

I really recommend this trip, the guides were fantastic. I went with my 2 children and the were engaged with throughout. The jeep ride into the desert was such fun! There was a little waiting around once at the destination and I was a little worried it was going to be boring. So wrong - the guides knowledge and presentation was brilliant, a way of life I knew nothing about. Then watching the sunset and eventually star gazing after dinner. Lying in the desert watching the stars is something I’ll never forget. I cannot recommend this trip enough
