Great experience, but the boat was a little smaller than I expected and a little older. We had 24 in our party.. Wish I could have seen pictures of the actual boat I was renting. The bathroom was antiquated too. The crew was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. The food was good, especially the chicken salad. The snorkeling was a blast and we got to see a lot of beautiful fish in clear water.

We had a wonderful time on the Innovation with a large family group of 19 with ages spanning 5 to 80. Captain Joe, Sid Marie, and Ariana were the crew, and they were very helpful, kind, and fun. They took us to a snorkeling reef first, and it was fantastic. Sid Marie took the more experienced out for a tour of the reef, while Ariana patiently assisted those in our group who were inexperienced closer to the boat. We then went to Icacos Island and dropped anchor on a beautiful remote beach. They served us delicious bread with chicken salad and PB&J, which was perfect. We also had unlimited waters, soft drinks, and rum cocktails throughout. Many of us went ashore and explored the island. The crew also rolled out a big swimming pad which our kids loved to play on. Others continued snorkeling off the beach and saw large stingrays. The only concern was that the deck of the boat was very slippery, with a few of us falling. We hope they can find a way to add traction. But overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this boat, company, and crew. Thanks for the memorable experience!

The crew and how they made unsure our family felt comfortable. It was fun and loved the snorkeling . Wish we didn’t snorkel in a area where there was a cluster of other people.

We all had an amazing day. Our staff (Soli, Ela and Captain Joe) really made our trip memorable. The food and drink was really good. We couldn’t have asked for anything else.

Pedro, Dagmar and Joe were great hosts and guides. No complaints except the day was too short. Maybe you could ask for few more hours - but then again, our gang was getting pink

Spent a great day snorkeling and enjoying the beach with Monica, who kept the party going; Solimar, who kept the drinks flowing; and Captain Joe, who got us safely out to sea and back! Lunch was plentiful and delicious and the post-snorkeling fresh fruit platter was refreshing, hydrating and .so appreciated. No matter what your skill level, this is the trip for you! Monica stayed with a never-before-snorkeler/non-swimmer and helped her feel safe and comfortable and now she can snorkel!

It was so much fun, everyone in the boat the staff was friendly they were so accommodating! We had so much fun with the girls we were 14 girls, solimar was amazing with the drinks and the food. I recommend them when booking your tour.

We drove an hour, checked in and waited to load the boat once everyone was on board the captain arrived spent less than 5 minutes on board in total. He stepped on didn't acknowledge anyone opened the floor board, placed his foot on the engine and walked off. I felt bad for the young lady as she had to tell us that the trip was cancelled due to the engine burning out. You would think the boat would be checked as they loaded it with daily goodies. We booked with East Coast Water Taxi as we had rented a car and drove over an hour just to waste 1.5 hours. Very disappointed! I would never recommend them especially how it was handled.

This tour is fantastic! A standout experience during our brief holiday in Puerto Rico - fun, educational, and beautiful. Our group of four had a wonderful time with our guide Monica and Captain Joe, who expertly guided us through the reef and beaches of Icacos. Monica was extremely kind and knowledgeable, carefully explaining each creature we saw below the surface and also sharing the history of the Cordillera. And of course Captain Joe navigated the waters well and made sure we moved seamlessly from each place. Highly recommend!

This tour is an absolute must in Puerto Rico. Hectmar, Monica, and Captain Danty made our day by being so fun, helpful, and kind to us. We booked a private charter for my family of 20. The drinks were amazing, the lunch was great, and the boat itself was such a good size and had fun elements. Hectmar guided our snorkel tour to which we saw beautiful coral reefs and aquatic life. After we had free time to swim, jump in, and explore for ourselves. Then we got to enjoy the beach on icacos island, which Monica guided us around where we even saw a baby shark! They also took pictures of us the entire day which was so great because we will have those forever! We had such an amazing time and this experience will last us a life time!
