Barcelona Private Transfer from Cruise Terminal to barcelona city

They had us scheduled for 7:30am pick up and I asked for 8:00 am pick up due to our disbarment from the ship. The driver said he couldn’t change the time due to another appointment so I said I understand and just cancel. I then received a call from someone else and was told the same thing and I said no problem just cancel it and I will get a taxi. As I am getting into the cab I received another call wanting to know where I was I told him I was getting in a taxi. He said no one told me to get a cab and that they had a driver there but never mentioned it prior or even when I said to cancel. They definitely need better communication it would have been a lot easier.

He called and kept us informed of his whereabouts. Very easy to find. It was pouring down rain and he got as close as possible. Wonderful experience!

This was an outstanding experience despite some challenging circumstances. It was pouring rain as we exited the cruise ship terminal along with 4000+ other passengers. (Once we saw the incredibly long line for a taxi, we were so grateful to have arranged transportation in advance.) We were finally able to locate our driver who gave us a safe, comfortable ride to our hotel. THANK YOU!

We got off cruise ship early. Thankfully our driver called and said he was on his way. He called to say he had arrived. He helped with our luggage. Would recommend for his professional service.

It is not very often that you can have an issue yet still rate the company (TaxiBarcelonas) a 5! We arrived early and called the point of contact to let them know and they sent a car immediately. The car arrived quickly and the gentleman was super friendly and professional, helped us load our luggage and we started to go. As he called in to confirm pick up, it was realized they had crossed customers and we had gotten in the wrong car. We ended up returning where we got out, unloaded luggage, the driver was apologizing and the owner/boss called me to also apologize for the mix up and said he had our car rushing to us. Within minutes another car arrived to which we were met by another very friendly and professional driver who was also apologizing for the mix up. By the way, both cars were immaculately kept and all three members of the company we dealt with were nothing but very professional and apologetic for the mix up. We would not hesitate to use them again as their customer service was outstanding. Door to door professional service!
