It’s terrible. They canceled the trip after sending ticket and confirmation. I was forced to talked to the local operator to resolve the issue. Very disappointing and difficult to trust further. My holiday was spoiled.

That was a great experience! The tour was organised perfectly. The crew was taking care of us the entire trip, the boat was super comphy. The beach was super quiet and on the way back we got to witness an amazing sunset, it was hypnotising😍

I booked the trip primarily to go snorkeling in Koh Phangan, which is supposed to be very nice. Unfortunately there was only a short snorkeling stop and the visibility was terrible. Visibility under water was about 2-3m, so we didn't see anything.
Otherwise the crew was very nice and looked after us. The food was simple but delicious - there was also something for vegetarians. The all-you-can-drinks option is very good, soft drinks and as much water as you want. The boat is very nice and you can sail comfortably around Phangan and later towards the sunset.

Did a boat trip with them as a couple. The transfer was smooth and the food and service was good with snacks served in between. The sunset was lovely and they still did a simple fireworks before we complete the trip.

Good welcome and safety speech upon boarding. Excellent food which was plentiful. Plenty of cold drinks available. All staff were lovely. It is a long trip so take plenty of sunscreen. I sat in the shade all day yet still got very red. We 4 adults would definitely recommend this trip.

It was a great tour. We were picked up by a party bus. The German tour guide met us at the pier and brought us on board. The ship had plenty of space, both in the sun and in the shade. The food was good, there was a buffet, then ice cream and a Muvin with coffee. You could always get non-alcoholic drinks. You have to watch out for the current at the snorkeling stop. The second stop was at a great beach. It was a very nice day.

Did this tour today as a family of 6, 4 adults, one preteen and one young child and cannot compliment this experience enough. From the moment we boarded til the moment we docked, the staff went over and above to ensure we had a memorable day. Our hostess was fluent in many languages and made the safety briefing fun while being instructional and informative. The food the Chantara provided was absolutely divine catering for timid children and a vegetarian and was super tasty, and so much, you wont go hungry!. The entire day was well planned and organized so that we got the most of our boat trip and the staff over and above, engaging and playing pirates with our child to make a special trip more magical for our 6yr old, from steering the ship to playing pirates, every single member of the Chantara team made our day and trip the best experience. 10 out of 10, we will be doing this again. Cannot fault this tour, trip or staff.
