This was our second time as family and with friends on Emporer cruise and we had an amazing experience , as the first time.
Mr Tuan and Mr Quang and their crew supported us fully , right from time of firming up our plans to being on the cruise. Being vegetarian, team took utmost care of our food requirement and created an outstanding 3 days / 2 nights experiences.
Would always recommend to go for Emporer cruise, one can’t miss this experience if u r planning to be at halong bay

This is a beautiful ship with the nicest staff you could ever hope for. The ship is solid wood, gorgeous, and very well maintained. The bathrooms are ample and so clean. The food was fantastic--compliments to the chef.
I would definitely return.

The staff members were incredible and the views were stunning. The experiences and meals were fantastic. We felt very taken care of and extremely relaxed during our time on the ship. They truly made our honeymoon trip feel special.

Us girls had an amazing evening on Emporer sunset dinner cruise..staff were absolutely awesome, food amazing, experience not to be missed from start to finish..would go again in a heartbeat 100% worthwhile

We contemplated a lot before choosing this cruise as there are so many cruises in Ha Long Bay.
We are glad we chose this cruise. The staff were very sweet and accommodating our requests. We are vegetarians, our menu was tasty and lots of varieties. Our only 1 complaint for the food: the Uramaki tasted bad. An authentic one will not taste like this at all.
The rooms were spacious, clean and well designed.
I am glad this cruise is not that kid friendly, so for couples this cruise will be an excellent choice.
Things to improve: 1) keep hair conditioner. 2) make sure we get get proper hot water 3) the jacuzzi did not function well.

We just returned from our 3 day, 2 night tour of Halong Bay on Emperor Cruises. It was fantastic and we couldn't recommend it enough. Everything was thought of to make our trip very luxurious and issue free. Halong Bay is a wonder and it was so peaceful as we floated along the bay. The food was great and plentiful, we enjoyed all of the tours that were offered and found them to be very interesting. The staff was incredible - so attentive and kind. In particular, Duy, Uyen and Cong were wonderful. We also took advantage of a massage on the 2nd day and Nguyen was wonderful as well. We loved it all, the room and amenities and the on-boat activities - especially the morning Vovinam classes were a great way to start each day. It was also fun to be able to dress in traditional Vietnamese clothes for dinner as well as for the morning exercise. We will recommend this to all of our friends who will be fortunate enough to travel to Vietnam.
