Booked a VIP skip the lines guided tour for Madrid Royal Palace with Get Your Guide with this company today. When we went to the entrance with the tour guide, entry was refused as too many people in the palace, but other bigger groups were going in. In my view, it seems that the tickets had not been booked. Having read other reviews for this company on Google for their company, this company does not seem to book tickets in advance. We booked for 11.30 and were told to come back for 1pm
We were told there was a 90 minute delay. We could go to the free gardens with the guide or come back, not even sure if we would be insured with the company as this was NOT part of the package. We cancelled as we had other plans straight after the palace.
We were promised a full refund by the guide and now they will only refund less than half and are telling lies to Get Your Guide. The guide is saying 35 minute delay, which is untrue as we contacted Get Your Guide after 35 minutes of the delay…
