I ordered the transfer for 8:30am but the driver sent an email saying he would come at 9:30. I tried to call the number on the email but the number was out of service. I called Viator and they also tried to get a hold of him but could not reach him. He was not there at 9:30 so we arranged for a taxi. He showed up at 9:40 (we had been waiting for an hour) and he was mad that we were going to cancel him and take a taxi.

I did not give our trip from the airport 5 stars because the driver told us that the charge for the trip was an additional $10 cash. He asked if we had been told that. I said no. We paid him--and tipped him--but then we felt that maybe that was not cool. We wondered if we had been ripped off.

Great service and clean vehicle. Prompt pick up with very professional driver. BUT the cost is so inflated through VIATOR that it is counterproductive. If you hired a cab/van from the port to your hotel it would be more than 60% off. In summary it's better to catch a taxi or van at the port....sorry VIATOR but this one I feel is not doing the consumer justice.

We had trouble getting through passport control. It took a long time. Thomas waited for us in spite of the fact that it was time for him to leave to get another customer at the airport.
