Experience the beauty of Napa Valley with all five senses on a guided bike tour visiting two local wineries. On the Full-Day Electric Bike Tour, you'll join a small group, hosted by a knowledgeable, local tour guide who will enhance your education of Napa's history, viticulture and wine making.

Electric bikes make this tour fun for anyone who can ride a bike. Casual bikers will find they can confidently ride longer distances and cruise up hills with no problem. And experienced riders who are hoping for more exercise can turn the pedal-assist level down or completely off to get more of a workout.

This tour will include two wine tasting stops (tasting fees not included) and a delicious picnic lunch catered by Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery. The seasonal menu includes sandwich selections such at Parisian-style ham & cheese, turkey & brie and tuna Nicoise. Your lunch selection will be accompanied by Kettle Chips and a petite dessert bite.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

WHAT TO EXPECT

After bike fitting & orientation (30 mins), your Tour Guide will lead you on a casual bike ride alongside the vineyards. You will visit a total of two wineries over the course of the day. Each winery visit will last approx 75-90 minutes with plenty of time to engage your tasting room host and learn about the wine-making styles and farming practices particular to each vineyard. Wine tasting fees are not included; you will pay tasting fees directly at the wineries during your visit (fees may be waived with minimum purchase).

Roughly translated, Materra means ‘Mother Earth.’ The Cunat Family Vineyards, where Materra wines are grown, combine terroir, hand-selected and planted vines, a cooler climate and the extraordinary talents of a dedicated team to produce wines that are both tempting and complex. Materra wines are grown in the Oak Knoll District of the Napa Valley, a region well known for its deep, rich alluvial soil and excellent microclimates. Specific winery visits are subject to change due to availability. Wine tasting fees are not included in the price of the bike tour (some wineries may be waived with minimum purchase).

A visit to Silenus Winery will introduces you to Silenus Estate and Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley wines. Silenus offers small-batch premium wines as well as wines created for their Tasting Room that are rarely found outside of the Napa Valley. The modern tasting room offers a relaxed and comfortable setting in which to taste, with floor to ceiling windows that highlight the view of the estate vineyards as well as the view into an impressive barrel room. Specific winery visits are subject to change due to availability. Wine tasting fees are not included in the price of the bike tour (some wineries may be waived with minimum purchase).

Wonderful day exploring around the valley on bikes! I particularly enjoyed when John, our guide, took us off the main road back towards Stags Leap and we got a beautiful quiet view of the fields. Had a great group of 3 couples which led to great conversation over the 2 wine tastings.

Our group had a fabulous time on our E-bike Napa Tour! It was fun to ride the pedal assist bikes to a couple of wineries and enjoy our tastings with a personalized touch. Our lunch from Bouchon was delicious! Our guide stopped along the way at various points to share wine making and local history. A great way to tour Napa!!

Such as fun way to tour Napa. The tour guide took us to some great wineries that we wouldn't have picked out ourselves. Lunch was delicious. The bike tour was not too stremuous even for the non-bike riders in our group.

We highly recommend doing this e-bike tour with Napa Valley Bike Tours. The bikes are first class e-bikes and our tour guide Dustin was so much fun and a fantastic picture taker, documenting our day out and about. We visited two lovely wineries and had a fantastic lunch from Bouchon bakery all while getting a little exercise and being able to see the beauty of Napa from our bikes. It was a really hot day for October and the Napa Valley Bike Tour team made sure we had lots of fresh water and were well taken care of!

We had a very enjoyable day. The e-bikes were easy to use and the terrain is flat. We enjoyed our time at the wineries and our lunch. My husband’s bike got a flat tire but they just sent someone out with a van to fix it and we carried on.

This tour is a good option if you would like to visit some wineries but want to be a bit more active.

Excellent day out. Cameron, our guide was very kind and knowledgeable, making our day out very relaxing. First time on e-bike..a great way to travel! The wine tasting at hagafen was great fun, and happily we were able to manage the bikes after. Lovely picnic lunch in the sun at the second winery. Highly recommend.

The E bike was great! Tour guide had lots of great information and the ride was beautiful. Worth every penny. Enjoyed it so much we rented bukes the next day and went exploring on our own.

The e-bikes made a brisk pace very doable & our guide, Santino, was not only knowledgeable about the wine & the area, but had personality plus! He kept us safe & happy! He went the extra mile by taking numerous pictures of each of us & sending them to us! Santino captured such great memories & we could never thank him enough! We also very much enjoyed the first Winery stop at Ghost Block & their wine ambassador, Carrie! She was also very knowledgeable & fun! Thank you Napa Valley E-Bike Tours for such an awesome experience. ALL of your expertise & kindness were much appreciated by all 4 of us Wisconsinites!
