Explore the amazing national park Folgefonna and enjoy the turquoise blue glacier lake, a gem well-known by the locals.

Our adventure starts with a convenient pickup in the city center.

We'll first visit the Steindalsfossen waterfalls, allowing you to experience the unique thrill of walking behind a waterfall.

Next, enjoy stunning fjord views during the 20-minute ferry crossing.

The tour's highlights start with an easy hike through the National Park during which you will be surrounded by natural beauty, from lush greenery and boulders to clear glacier waters.

Arriving at glacier lake Bondhusvatnet, you can relax, shoot pictures, or enjoy the snacks you brought.

The return journey includes another ferry ride, showcasing another part of the Hardangerfjord, followed by a bus ride through the countryside of Vestland, in which we will make multiple photo stops.

Estimated time on the bus is 4.5 hours. The rest of the time is spent at multiple stops, the ferry, and the hike.

We start the tour by making our way out of Bergen while heading towards the first stop. During this ride, the knowledgeable guide will entertain you with interesting stories.

Walk behind the famous waterfall, a rare experience even in Norway!

We will join the locals and cross the Hardangerfjord with a ferry. From the ferry, you will have a great view over the Fjord!

We will take an easy hike over a mainly flat surface while being surrounded by the natural beauty of Folgefonna National Park. You will find yourself surrounded by lush green trees, boulders, and a glacier water river.

Discover this hidden gem, a favorite among locals. Find a spot on a rock, boulder, or bench for an unforgettable moment. Take in the view of the stunning turquoise glacier lake, embraced by majestic mountains covered in forest, while observing the glacier in the distance. It's a great time to savor the snack you brought or to fill your phone's storage with photos and videos

We will hike back to the bus, through the National Park.

We will explore another part of the Hardangerfjord by ferry, giving you a good impression of why this is one of the most beautiful fjords in Norway.
8.
On our way back to Bergen we make sure to include a photo stop so you can take in the countryside of Westeren Norway.

Super leuke en mooie tour! Door de leuke verhalen en grapjes van onze tour guide Bas was de busreis 10 keer leuker. We hebben ons erg vermaakt. Prachtige ervaring om midden in de Noorse natuur te lopen en van een bergstroom te kunnen drinken. Zeker aan te raden! Yeah yeah.

It was a wonderful trip at the Folgefonna Park and seeing the lake, beautiful and picturesque. Well worth the visit and it was enhanced by our tour guide, Bas who made the excursion so much more enhanced and informative. This tour is so amazing. The views on the way to the National Park. The green blue lake is like a dream.
The guide was Bas. He managed it all so well. Knows a lot about Norway, has attention for every single person on the tour and took us to great, unique places.

During my stay in Bergen I only had time for one day trip and boy am I glad I settled on this one! We had perfect weather and clear skies after leaving Bergen in the morning and the time spent at the beautiful glacier lake Bondhusvatnet was simply magical -- pictures really don't do it justice. Add to that a couple photo stops at dramatic waterfalls and a scenic ferry ride across Hardangerfjord and you've got a perfect day trip in Norway. Our excellent tour guide Bas also gave us heaps of information not only on the locations we visited, but also about Norway in general. In the end, it's easy to recommend this tour to anyone looking to spend a day enjoying the great outdoors in the Bergen area.

The day was very well organised, everything was according to schedule, so much that there was even time for a few surprise stops with amazing views! Bas, our tour guide, was very enthusiastic and kind. Due to such good planning, it was possible for me to really relax and enjoy without having to worry about anything.

Information om natur och historia utmed dom olika platser man åkte igenom.
Turen gav mer upplevelser än vad man trodde innan färd.
