We'll spend the majority of the time in the Yurakcho / Shimbashi area as this is one of my most favourite places to shoot street photography. If we book the evening tour (after 17:00) on weekdays you'll get the unique salaryman experience you won't find any where else in the world and we can dive into the topics of Japanese work and life culture and what makes this particular area as well as several areas like it thrive. We might even hit up a rooftop ;)

Deniz was really knowledgeable and creative with his tips to create unique effects. He helped me with setting up my camera also. We walked around Shinbashi which was great for capturing locals at night, eating and drinking after work.
I got some great shots, really worthwhile.

My wife and I recently had the incredible opportunity to embark on a street photography shoot in Shimbashi, Tokyo, guided by Deniz. It was a great experience shooting in the streets of Ueno at night. With some great guidance from Deniz, I managed to take some really cool shutter drag shots with my flash!

The tour was helpful and insightful. I learned how much I don’t know about my own equipment, a few things I hadn’t considered, and got to put what was shown to me to the test. I got some good shots out of it, too.
