Overall: Low quality and felt cheap. I would not recommend and would not go back.

Online Reviews: Expect the staff to pressure you to write a 5 star review, regardless of whether the experience was a good one. At the time of writing, this excursion had a 5 star review on Trip Advisor via Viator, but you might not want to believe all those 5 star reviews.

Drive to/from Venue: Low quality. Expect to be in the back of a truck for a relatively long (90 minutes) and uncomfortable ride where you feel all the bumps along the way while being in a seat with very little leg room. Expect no communication about how many stops will be made along the way to pick up other quests or how long until you arrive at the venue.

Venue: Low quality. Expect confusion about where to be and what you need, expect feeling rushed, expect unprofessional & unhelpful staff, expect a dirty helmet. Lockers are available if you need to store items but you might need to ask for this.

Horseback Riding: Low Quality. The 10 minute horseback ride is not a worthwhile experience. It’s a ride along a relatively filthy (trash covered) and non-scenic dirt road with no communication from the tour guides.

Buggie: Low Quality. Expect poor functionality. Mine and other guests’ buggies stopped working during the tour. The steering/brakes/accelerator needs tuning. For example, when you turn left, expect a delay (maybe 2 seconds) before the buggie actually reacts and turn left.

Stops Along Tour: We stopped at shops to buy local products, a cave, and a beach. In all cases expect pushy sales people and an experience that’s not worth your time.

Este tour combina lo mejor de ambos mundos. Primero, un relajante paseo a caballo por paisajes increíbles y luego la adrenalina de recorrer la jungla en buggy. Todo estuvo perfectamente organizado y los equipos eran de alta calidad. Un día perfecto lleno de aventuras

Me encantó el combo de cuadrimoto y paseo a caballo por la playa de Macao. Las vistas eran espectaculares y ambas actividades fueron muy emocionantes y bien organizadas.
