Booking didn’t work with credit card. We were told to pickup our tickets at the office at 16h. I got there 10 minutes early. I was then told to watch the video then start the tour with the Colosseum at 16:30…. The video starts at 16h, last 20 minutes and the office is 15-17 minutes from the colosseum so that doesn’t really work. I went back at the desk and the told me it was better to skip the video or I would be late….
No indication of where to get in to skip the line. The issue only 3 tickets and I had to do another lineup to pickup my kid’s ticket… Again, never mentioned.
We didn’t have time to complete the Forum before they close.
Very disappointing and expensive. Cost vs benefit was not there at all.

Wonderful experience always, the Colosseum is an emotion every time I bring friends from outside.
Interesting video that the agency projects because it helps to understand how ancient Rome was. The friendly and professional staff explained what to do and gave advice for other places to visit.
